But I can say that I love to see a bare chested guy! And if he's headless (or halfway), it's all the better for the reader to fantasize using their man of the moment. :lol: Don't get me wrong, I'm all about girl power, but with the tide of sexiness in the market, I think the manly covers will appeal more. After all most women are reading for the hero. (Though there is a time and place for a fun & flirty female cover...though in the current market those tend to seem mainstream or dare I say it, chick lit.) If readers think they're too racy (like the clinches of old) that's what book covers were made for!! Hmm...HQN seems to have a lot of books out with bare-chested and bare-back men!
