Which Disney Heroine are you?

You know I’m a freak for all things Disney. And sometimes these things are scary accurate.

Take this Quiz

The Disney Heroine Quiz

You are Megara. Megara is not your typical damsel in distress. Although she is weak in body, she is strong in mind and spirit. She will not let anyone get away with anything she doesn’t like. You are probably quick-witted and sarcastic like Meg. Despite her sharp words, Meg just wants someone to love and be loved in return. She has a deep love, but not many people can earn it. Meg is a guarded spirit, but rightfully so. You may not have the best behaved friends, but you love them and they love you. You’ll find a man who is either a total bad boy or someone like Hercules, who is a gentle person. Either way, you win.

She’s from Hercules, in case you didn’t know. I loved that movie, even though it hasn’t been recognized as one of Disney’s best. I was hoping for Mulan, but if I can’t have her, Meg is a nice choice.

She sings one of my absolute favorite songs. Enjoy!

You are admirable, for you stand up not only for yourself, but for your beliefs, friends, and whosoever is being picked on. You have a very strong character and you know exactly what you want.

  4. You are Mulan. Mulan is a girl who seemed hopeless at first, but who pulled through simply for her family name. You may not go as far as to risk your life for family honor, but you probably do have an unspoken code of honor which makes you behave. You are always thinking of others, and you most likely take good care of your body. Most people like you even though you don’t do drugs or drink. This quiz really was a great idea. it. I’ve never done that before and it is great to learn what kind of Disney Heroine I am.

hey Jambrea, love beaty and the beast, too. It’s really interesting to check your own personality by being compared with a Disney Heroine. Great fun stuff. Julie. : You guys always know how to entertain us.

  12. Megara is a little known heroine because Hercules wasn’t a big hit. I loved her, though and the movie, too.

I’m wondering if we’re going to get anyone who is Esmerelda…another favorite heroine of mine! (Hunchback of Notre Dame!)

    Comment by Julie Leto — September 26, 2007 @ 10:23 am

  13. I’m Pocahontas!

You are Pocahontas. Pocahontas is wise far beyond her years, although she enjoys playing childlike games. You are the quiet friend who always has something smart on her mind. You wish everyone could get along, but you aren’t so childish to think it possible. You know everyone can live and let live, and you want us all to practice that philosophy. You probably have fun simply thinking and letting the wind stroke your skin. If you gave yourself enough time to ponder the problems of this world, you could come up with the answers we so desperately seek.

  14. Good morning!

I took the quiz and I’m Nala–the quiz results said that on 8% of the people who took the quiz were Nala. Not sure if that’s good or bad. It was fun anyway.

Hope everyone is having a good day. Plotmonkeys, how are you today? Carly, Janelle, are you feeling better?

    Take care all,

    Cher

  15. I’m Cinderella! I’m so excited!

I love Cinderella. It’s always been my favorite fairy tale.

Now, this is for Disney heroines, as opposed to Disney princesses. I’ve taken two Disney princess quizzes with different results: One off the Disney Princess website, which said I was Belle; and the other off the back of a cereal box, which said I was Jasmine.

    Comment by Karen Lingefelt — September 26, 2007 @ 10:30 am

  16. I’m Nala:
You are Nala. Nala is someone who would make a perfect girl friend, and so do you. She is supportive of her husband, the king, but she does not let him get away with anything unreasonable. In fact, she was the one that kept him in line. You have a calming effect on people just like Nala. You are probably soft-spoken, and you most likely get good grades. Your friends are important to you, but they are not your entire life. You are a down-to-earth girl who most respect because of your respect for everyone. Everybody feels secure around you. If they say they don’t, they are jealous, because you have so many admirers and friends you don’t know what to do. Your style is probably a little classic/preppy/clean. Whomever snatches you as their mate will be very lucky indeed.

  21. The Disney Heroine Quiz

You are Esmerelda. Esmeralda has a rebellious spirit. She may be looked down upon by most of the general public, but that does not make her as judgemental as they are. In fact, it may be the reason she is not that way. Like you, Esmeralda is not a woman who will back down from a fight, no matter how outnumbered. Your strength lies in your words. You are a rebel at heart, and you cannot stand injustice, in any form. You may not be a gypsy, but your spirit is as captivating as Esmeradla’s is.

  25. Leslie! You cheater!!

I don’t really see you as Wendy either and thought Esmerelda sounded perfect for you (at least what I know of you). I think Julie could have been her too! Thanks for the laugh!

  26. Ok, so I cheated and took the test twice because the first time it said I was Cinderella, who to me is a bit of a doormat, so I took it againg changing some of my answers and to my surprise I’m Cinderella

  27. I am Jasmine…hoping for Cinderella (I am a Cindy nut!). You know me, got engaged at Disneyland all that stuff. I guess that Jasmine is strong minded, so I’ll take it.

Leslie: I don’t blame you for not wanting Wendy. I have never been a peter pan fan. I wanted to grow up… I think the island of the boys is a little creepy (a little too Michael Jackson for me). I am hoping someone could explain it to me.

    Comment by katie — September 26, 2007 @ 1:20 pm

  28. Esmerelda huh? Hmm…

You kill me. Reprograming the computer to win the Kobyashi Maru no-win scenario. Now you see one of the many reasons I love this woman.

    She is so NOT Wendy.

    Comment by Bruce — September 26, 2007 @ 1:21 pm

  29. Bruce, the fact that I understood what you just said is scary, isn’t it?

    Live long and prosper!

    Comment by Julie Leto — September 26, 2007 @ 1:24 pm

  30. Tina, accept it! Cinderella gets a bad rap. So she’s a doormat…what choice did she have? Too much rebellion would have had her out on the cobblestone streets. In the end, she got the prince and the castle…and the great shoes. Sometimes, it’s not the journey, it’s the destination, LOL!

    Comment by Julie Leto — September 26, 2007 @ 1:27 pm

Julie, thanks for telling us who Megara is. I had no idea! Who is Nala? Since my children are long grown I’m not to familiar with some of the newer Disney movies.

    Comment by Donna M — September 26, 2007 @ 2:37 pm

  35. As already noted, I came out Cinderella. And yes, I used to be quite the doormat. But I believe I’ve moved past that, and I did get quite a prince.

As for the shoes . . . well, if there were a quiz on which Disney character’s feet you have, I’d get either Drusilla, Anastasia . . . or Goofy.

    Comment by Karen Lingefelt — September 26, 2007 @ 2:38 pm

  36. I have laughed every time I’ve gotten on here today and read the posts. Thanks for the great blog today, Julie!

Cindy, I mean Tina, Julie’s right. In the end, Cindarella definitely wound up a-okay. But that’s too funny that you tried twice and got the same thing.

I noticed Janelle is missing. Is she feeling okay?

    Comment by Jodie — September 26, 2007 @ 2:49 pm

  37. Donna, Nala is the queen to Simba’s Lion King.

  38. Janelle’s having her part 2 root canal today.

    Comment by Carly — September 26, 2007 @ 2:53 pm

  39. I didn’t mean to insult anyone with my doormat remark, its just that when I was younger I often felt like Cinderella, my mom was a single mom and I was the oldest daughter so it was up to me to make sure dinner was cooked, laundry was done, my youngest sister did her homework and got to dance class on time…etc so I really didn’t want to find myself, at this point in my life referred to as Cinderella…although I did get my prince…and the shoes and I would love the fairy godmother, I’ll pass on the mice

    Comment by Tina Martinesi — September 26, 2007 @ 2:53 pm

  40. You didn’t insult anyone!!! Seriously…we’re just trying to make you feel better.

I’d be more upset if you got Sleeping Beauty. As much as I loved Aurora as a child, she’s not so much a doormat as she is…well, incidental. She doesn’t really DO anything. It’s a shame because Malificent is a fabulous villainess and who could not love Flora, Fauna and my favorite, Merriweather??

And Prince Phillip is way cuter (and has a sword!) than Prince Charming.

    Comment by Julie Leto — September 26, 2007 @ 3:05 pm

  41. Oh, yuck, for Janelle. I didn’t know there was a part 2. Gosh I hope it isn’t as bad a part 1!

Here’s hugs your way Janelle that today isn’t so bad and you feel great very soon!

    Comment by Jodie — September 26, 2007 @ 3:17 pm

  42. Tina, Julie’s right. I don’t think anyone was offended, and no one wants to think of themselves as (or be) a doormat, so I can completely understand your delimna. I just think it’s really funny that even cheating it came up twice, but I’m sure it wasn’t from anything negative. Cinderella had great qualities too? Didn’t she?

    Comment by Jodie — September 26, 2007 @ 3:19 pm

  43. Well, its just that most of the Disney princesses, were fun, adventerous, and sexy, Cinderella on the other hand, spent her day being treated like crap and hanging around with mice…lol

    Comment by Tina Martinesi — September 26, 2007 @ 4:04 pm

  44. Cinderella is an optimist who is loving and caring to her family, even when they don’t appreciate her. She makes the best of the worst situations and finds a song to cheer even the most depressing situation. She’s inventive and creative, hardworking and humble.

I know it’s common to think of her as a doormat, but I like to think of her as a girl who accepted and made the best of her circumstances until she had a chance to escape, which she took. She’s a gentle spirit. I like her! She’s nothing like me, but I like her!

It’s like Wendy…she’s not Leslie, but she’s a great character. Very maternal and creative, loving stories of daring-do. I’m willing to bet that if anyone bothered to give her a sword, she’d figure out how to use it to save her brothers or the other boys. She’s very smart, but fussy. There isn’t anything wrong with fussy!

    Comment by Julie Leto — September 26, 2007 @ 4:06 pm

  45. Hmmm let me see…

Bruce says she’s so not Wendy.

Me thinks she likes men in tights like her pirate.

I am pochanhontas, I wish. Still got the long haie and

the woods but the body, but the body…

.Oh how I remember that body.

Hey I heard once Cinderella got married and lived in the castle with her
handsome hunk her adventurous side surfaced. Heck you just never knew

And Jeannie maybe there is more of Cinderella in me than I thought

    Comment by Tina Martinesi — September 26, 2007 @ 4:39 pm

  49. I always liked Cinderella…she was spunky for her day, having the nerve to actually go to that ball knowing that if she got caught the old bat would have thrown her on the street.

I really like her in the Ever After version!

I also want to say hugs to Janelle…Cassie had a dental appointment today, too. Poor little sweetie–they had to remove three of her teeth! She is so unhappy!

    Comment by Leslie — September 26, 2007 @ 4:42 pm

  50. I love Mulan, but I don’t se much of her in me… I would NEVER cut off my hair with a sword.
You are Mulan. Mulan is a girl who seemed hopeless at first, but who pulled through simply for her family name. You may not go as far as to risk your life for family honor, but you probably do have an unspoken code of honor which makes you behave. 57. Wow, I’m Cinderella. Part of it is true. I am a dreamer.

You are Cinderella. Cinderella is a true lady. Timid and bold simultaneously, she is a woman who will always prefer dreaming to real life. She will stand up for herself, but she knows her place. She would follow her stepmother’s orders without complaining, a sign of true restraint. She is humble and caring, so much so that even animals love her. Dreaming worked for Cinderella, and it is only a matter of time before your dreams come true, too.
