Gwen Verdon (who played the sassy older woman in Cocoon) was either his first wife or one of his wives. He (Fosse) was also involved with Ann Reinking, another amazing dancer--she played a character loosely based on herself in ATJ. It's worth renting if you love modern dance, which I do.
