And now in honor of Mother’s Day, we thought it would be fun for us to post pictures of us as babies, and let you all guess who is who! Here are the pictures, and when you’re done guessing, the answers will be below the Sunday Mother’s Day funnies!
Before we post the answers to who is who, here are a few of those cute and funny “kids say the darndest things”, just for Mother’s Day!
A kindergarten pupil told his teacher he’d found a cat, but it was dead.
“How do you know that the cat was dead?” she asked him.
“Becaused I pissed in its ear and it didn’t move,” answered the child innocently.
“You did WHAT?!!” the teacher exclaimed in surprise.
“You know,” explained the boy, “I leaned over and went ‘Pssst’ and it didn’t move.” 
A little girl went to the barber shop with her father. She stood next to the barber chair, while her dad got his hair cut, eating a snack cake.
The Barber said to her, “Sweetheart, you’re gonna get hair on your Twinkie.”
She looked up at him and smiled. “Yes, I know, and I’m gonna get boobs, too.” 
One summer evening during a violent thunderstorm a mother was tucking her son into bed. She was about to turn off the light when he asked with a tremor in his voice, “Mommy, will you sleep with me tonight?”
The mother smiled and gave him a reassuring hug. “I can’t dear,” she said. “I have to sleep in Daddy’s room.”
A long silence was broken at last by his shaky little voice. “The big sissy.” 
A small boy was sent to bed by his father. Five minutes later: “Da-aaad . . .”
“What?”
“I’m thirsty. Can you bring me a drink of water?”
“No. You had your chance. Lights out.”
Five minutes later: “Da-aaaad . . .”
“WHAT?”
“I’m thirsty. Can I have a drink of water?”
“I told you NO. If you ask again, I’ll have to spank you.”
Five minutes later: “Daaa-aaaad . . . When you come in to spank me, can you bring a drink of water?”

Well, I was a 1000 on the pictures (got every one of them wrong! (lol). Those are cute and it was fun trying to figure it out.) I was sure I had the top one right, wasn’t too sure about the others but I was positive I was going to get at least one of them right. Better not play the lottery today!

Just curious — who did everyone think was who? I thought Julie’s picture was a dead giveaway — and Leslie with all that blonde hair, too! You can tell that Julie and I come by our wavy/curly hair naturally, LOL!

I was positive the top one was Janelle. Julie and Carly (I think) have mentioned straighteners so I had them figured as the last 2 but then I couldn’t figure out Leslie because that only left her as 2 and that didn’t look right either.

lolol…I love this! How funny that nobody knew me, since I think I look *exactly* like that…you know, plus 40 years and 150 pounds and wrinkles and sags and hair color…

Boy, did I get them all wrong! I was sure the top one was Janelle & that Leslie was the other little blond beauty!! I also managed to get Carly & Julie wrong although I was torn as to which one was the last one!!! Oh well!

Anyone who has seen my daughter would have gotten me right away! That outfit I’m wearing was crocheted by my grandmother, so it’s always been a favorite.
As for the others…I spend a lot of time looking at these gorgeous women and I’m not surprised they were also beautiful babies!

Wow! Thanks for the prize.
I’m really excited. My kids even actually remembered what day it was. I got office supplies to help me with my writing effort and a journal to scribble my ideas in. It was very sweet of them. :love2:
Carly, I will buy the paperback. Now I can share and know my hardcover won’t go missin’! Funny how you loan books out and somehow never get them back…
As for the pictures, I got Leslie and Julie but flip flopped Janelle and Carly. You were all very cute though.

CONGRATS, Lynn! I owe prizes for a long time. I think I have someone coming on Tues who I want to help me do that kind of work when I am on killer deadline like now!
As for the pics, my youngest said: “Why is Janelle dressed like a boy?” and I said, “That’s me!”
And she said, “What happened to your hair?”
I was a 7 week preemie and didn’t get a full head till I was over 2!

Hope everyone enjoyed their Mothers Day. I had a great day and I’d have to say my favorite gift:present: (although they were all very nice) was from my daughter who gave me a photo album filled with great family photos. I really loved it:love2:.
