Janelle’s Jungle Madness Friday!
Whoo-hoo! It’s everyone’s favorite day in the jungle - - giveaway Friday!
This week, Janelle is giving away a fun gift package that includes a TY Plotmonkey with a hard-
to-get Plotmonkey pin, and I’ve also decided that just because I’m on a diet doesn’t mean you all have to suffer, too! So, I’m also giving away a mug that reads “Coffee, Chocolate, Men . . .” and when it heats up with liquid these words will appear where the brown circle is: “Some things are just better when they’re rich”. Also included is Godiva Light Roast Coffee, and Godiva Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Almond Biscotti! YUM! What a great way to kick off the Fall season!
The winner will also receive a book of their choice from Janelle’s backlist (depending on availability of book choice since there are some book she no longer has copies of), along with a fun “book thong”.
All you have to do to enter is post on today’s blog. Winner will be announced on Sunday, so be sure to stop by over the weekend to check and see if you’re the winner!

Hey Janelle,
I live in Ohio - right now we’re having beautiful fall weather but the leaves haven’t started to turn yet - & the rest of my family lives in San Diego so they know all about the heat you’ve been experiencing. Our fall is better than yours, but I have to admit that when I’m freezin’ my heinie off in 10 degree snow and listen to my mom moan about having to wear a sweater cuz it’s 60 degrees - I’m not terribly sympathetic!

TGIF!!! This weeks prize looks awesome. I always drink coffee and hot chocolate so the mug would be great to have. And well…..my butt has never seen a thong but there is no reason my books shouldn’t.

Just woke up and decided to check out one of my favorite blogs.
Love this week’s prize, Janelle. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do know people that would love it… and I collect mugs. And the monkey…. it’s soooo cute!
Now I’m off to talk a walk, as part of being better on my diet. Gonna have to dress warmly… it’s only in the 40s outside this morning.

The monkey is incredibly cute! I collect all things plush and adorable. I have an adorable “Nemo” fish, the green “Oscar the Grouch” (Sesame Street), “Digger the Dog” that I won from Carly, and many others. A monkey from my favorite site, “Plot Monkeys” would be awesome!
The best part of all would be a book from Janelle’s back list! I am crossing my fingers that I might be the lucky one this time!

WOW! What a great prize. I really need to relax.
Our house is like Fort Knox with the bars on the doors and window, because we live in Downtown Vegas, baby. So….I grew up in the neightborhood and despite its’ decline I have always felt safe…..until Wed about 3:54 pm when my husband called me at work to say, “Honey, I think you should come home…..we’ve been robbed and the police are heree.”
Yep, all that security and they tore my door off of its frame and jacked up my wall, just to get in. They had attempted to get in another entrance and toatlly ruined both those locks, too. We have 4 locks per entry. I still cannot believe that they went to all that effort. They took some jewelery and cash, but no electronics, etc….Not even my pain pills, which really surprised me. They also trashed the master bedroom.
I have heard all the quotes about feeling violated, etc.. Now I truly understand. Also, I have not slept at nite because they are just today getting to fix our door.

What an adorable monkey and I love the mug. Please pick me!! I’ve had a lousy day and my birthday is in 2 days. I have worked 8:00 to 5:00 for the same company for 10 years. They told me today that they are changing my hours form 8 to 5 to 3:00 to midnight. I can’t do that. I have a 14 year old son and my husband is an over the road truck driver. It looks like I’ll be looking for a new job.

I hope your diet is going better than mine. I just can’t get the exercise program like I need to. I’m hoping once the weather cools off I will do better.
