All of my company left yesterday. It’s nice to feel comfortable in my home.
We watched 4 older movies over the Christmas break: Water For Elephants, Moneyball, Doubt and The Muppets.

Got back from vacation with a cold, so spent week three off mostly staring at the tv like a zombie since I couldn’t focus to read. Have the great pleasure to e-mail my boss saying after 3 weeks off, I’ll be late Mon. due to a doctor appt. (Thank goodness, I can e-mail him and don’t have to call cause he isn’t going to be happy.)

With the proper equipment and ingredients, you can make homemade pizza that tastes a thousand times better than what you’ll find at your favorite restaurant. Care ought to be taken when dealing with the stone, as it can not withstand sudden temperature versions. That is, until I thought about making a pizza using my cast iron skillet.
