Ready for a New Year. 2012 was filled with health problems for my family. So like everyone elze here I am hoping for a healthy and happy 2013.

I cannot wait for 2012 to GO. This year was truly bittersweet with far too many downs and not enough ups. This must change not only for me but for us all. Happy new Year Everyone and Blessed Be to you All!

i’m ready for 2013. I dropped off my stuff for charity and renewed my phone number on my state’s do not call list.
I’m really ready for the clean slate in 2013. I don’t think 2012 was a good year for many of us. I’m really concerned about what the federal government is going to try to do us in 2013 though; feels like it’s a runaway train.

2012 was one of the hardest years in my life and I sooo want it OVER. I lost both my parents over the holidays after each had numerous trips to emergency and doctors and I’m exhausted both mentally and physically. I am ready for a better year…my youngest will be off to college this fall and we will have an empty nest. Not sure if that’s good or bad, lol. :happynew:

The empty nest is a good thing. Be proud of the child you have brought into adulthood. Enjoy time for just you. Do things you have put off, make the best of this time in life. :thumbsup:

I’m always ready for a clean slate! I try to forget the bad things that happened in the previous year and pray for nothing but good things in the new year.

I have so much catchup to do after these years dedicated to caring for my parents. I will take care of their respective estates, clean up their home of 56 years and then clean/clear up my home of 20 years. I have a new perspective regarding my “stuff” I’ve collected now that I’ve been through my parents “stuff”. I will get back to my creative outlets soon though. Thanks for the moral support. They cyber-hug was a treat :hugging:

Looking forward to the clean slate – but as a teacher my year usually is September to June. I just got back from visiting my mom in Las Vegas & was thinking of your latest series as I walked through some of the casinos.
