Congrats Tina!!!
I didn’t see Friday’s message until just now, but I just wanted to say that, according to the Victim Advocate that we’ve been dealing with, the situation seems to be getting worse, but only because it’s been getting more press.
My son has been bullied for over a year. He quit school and started attending the adult high school program at teh community college to get away from the boy and his group of friends. Over the past year, they’ve continued to call and harrass my son. In September, they crossed a line that I wasn’t willing to tolerate. They drove onto our property, took pictures of our house, and sent them to my son.
My son swore out warrents against the boy for harrassing phone calls, threatening phone calls, and stalking. After starting criminal and civil court proceedings, we’re hopeful the situation will come to an end. But it totally sucks that it had to come to this.
How sad that someone went this far. Where are the parents? I hope that all the harassment of your son stops soon. :praying:
Thanks Donna!! I’ve wondered about the parents, too. The dad was with him at the first court hearing, but his mom wasn’t there. The really sad thing is that my son has no idea what’s happened. They went to school together for a long time, and even played middle school baseball together, before all this started.
The magistrate said, “What’s this over son? It’s one of 5 things: a man, a woman, whiskey, drugs, or money.”
My son said, “I honestly have no idea, but I wish I did.”
I am sorry your son and your family had to experience this. I hope it all comes to a peaceful end soon.
Thanks Nicole – I pray for this boy all the time. He obviously needs something that he’s not getting somewhere, and I hope his issues get resolved so he can become a happier person and doesn’t have to act that way. :?
Huge congratulations to Tina! Enjoy!
Congratulations to Tina & the other winners this week. Enjoy!
All this bullying makes me even more glad that I am no longer raising children. That said I do have two teen age grand kids.
