I hope summer is over. That picture of fall looks wonderful! On these hot and humid days, I tend to dream about mountains covered in snow, but the colored leaves are so pretty. Let the countdown to cool weather begin!!

I woke up this morning and stepped outside and almost went back in for a jackeet! 66 degrees at 5 a.m. and it felt marvelous. It really felt like a fall day in Baltimore. Yes I am waiting for summer to be over so that Fall can come on in.

Summer ending is not a problem for me as I do not like the heat. Fall is my favorite season. In my corner of the world we have lovely fall weather, the wine grapes are being picked, the vineyards have beautiful autumn color, there are new programs on TV so there is something decent to watch! In my world there are many things to like about fall.

Enjoy the trip taking your daughter back to school. I love your picture. I’m waiting to see those signs that leaves are starting to change.

I can’t wait for the fall but the Santa Ana winds that come with it comes with mixed feelings. Love how it blows the smog back to LA but the fire danger goes WAY up.
I have a wedding in 3 weeks :inlove: but since it’s my son this time, I don’t have as much to stress about.

I actually appreciate fall now that I am older and, frankly, it’s my favorite season. I love the crispness of it. Not too cold, not to hot.

Our weather has been positively autumnish the last few days. Fall is my favorite time of year and I yearn for it this time of year. This spring and summer has been particularly hot and dry–critical drought conditions and fires–so I am ready for cooler temps and rain!

Take a deep breath. You’ll have a few moments of panic before the wedding but then it will be here, the bride will be beautiful, and everything will be a wonderful memory before you know it!

Morning Les!!!! I too think of summer as being “over.” my body and mind feel it. They are automatically reprogramming to work mode no matter how much I try to stop them…lol!

I’m already dreaming of fall too. :D The temps were just way too hot at the end of spring/beginning of summer. I’ve been blue to sleep with my windows open the past few nights and I love it.

I know y’all will have no trouble getting everything done in time for the wedding. Hope you are able to share some pics with all of us.
