I have a date with my daughter tonight to watch Tangled for like the 3rd time. Why is it that when teenagers are close to hitting adulthood, they revert back to doing little kid things???

All I can say is TGIF. I live near the beach so the only thing wrong with a sunny week-end is it’s never long enough to enjoy all the activities going on and still have time to go out to the hammock in the shade and read a great book!
To beat the beach traffic we always have friends that live in the northern part of the state that decide to come to our neck of the woods and “pop-in” for breakfast before hitting the beach just two miles from our house! Our lake is jusr a block away and no traffic and trees keep you cool but for some reason they prefer to go to the ocean in the blazing sun!
Maybe tomorrow I’ll just take my book and a beach chair and hit the lake and read – and leave my cell phone at home!

Happy Friday everyone! I just got back from my vacation on Sunday and returned to work on Tuesday, so it was a short week for me. Even though vacation was fun, it was good to get back home and back to my normal routine. Hope everyone has a good weekend, I’m going to be relaxing and catching up on my reading. :D
