As authors, we are constantly looking for ways to remind readers we have a new book out. When I saw that another author had text message reminders, I wondered if people would want them or be annoyed by them. I asked on Facebook and was pleasantly shocked to get about 100 people who said they’d love a one time text reminder when I have a book release. Since I could have any from 2-4 books a year, that would be the maximum amount of texts you’d receive if you signed up. So I’m offering the opportunity for you to be reminded via .TxT!

I love Neil Diamond. A couple years ago, I got a tix for mother’s day from hubby to see him. Front row. By myself. Which is ok. I had a blast!!
I think I signed up for it. Never got a confirmation text saying it happened, so not sure.

I’m a long time fan. Yes, I will sign up for text messages. I belong to fictfact to track my series so I regularly check their upcoming books calendar. It’s great for my series but if it’s a single I would have to go through the whole month of releases and that’s a lot of books.
Since I have to pay for texts received I won’t be signing up.
But it is a good idea for people too busy to check your website.
Yep…huge Neil fan. Growing up my mom blasted the album, (yes, that long ago) Hot August Night on Saturday mornings while we did our cleaning chores! I have seen him 4 times in concert!

I love Neil…saw him a long time ago and he rocks! You are going to laugh, but it’s nice to see a guy his age, still rocking, but not pretending he’s 25.
Just signed up for texting. Loved Neil Diamond! Sounds like a wonderful concert!!! But then, for me at least, being with good friends makes any time a good time!

Jones Beach is a great place for a concert, especially if the weather is good! Neil had a lot of great albums! I’m not signing up for text. I have the email reminders, Facebook, plus I usually pre-order. Thanks anyway!
