Happy New Year!!! I’m going to start eating healthier…right after my new years day party.
:snoopy:
Happy New Year :snowfight: I started my vegetarian resolution last March and I’m still going strong. Going to add more activity to my healthier-than-before lifestyle.
Already started on some life changes in the past few months so no new resolutions for me.
Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year. :partyman:
I don’t make specific resolutions but try to work harder at organizing and exercising. Happy New Year!
Over the last 8 months, I’ve lost 50 pounds. I need to lose 30 more. I feel great and want to stay on track. I bought myself an iPad for Christmas and need to catch up on my reading. Thanks for the giveaway!
 My daughter and I moved from Calif. to Texas in August (my boyfriend lives here). To us everything is new. I’m loving it and my daughter is starting to (new schools are hard when you”re 14).
My resolution is to take advantage of all the local sights and attractions. I really want to see the King Tut exhibition.
Happy New Years!!
My biggest resolution is to get my avulsion fractured ankle taken care of. Once that’s done, I hope to be more physically active in 2012 since I’ve been somewhat sidelined by this injury.
Happy New Year to all and to all happy reading!!
Good morning Carly and fellow jungle dwellers. Hope your holiday season is going well.
I don’t really make resolutions, but I have hopes of happiness and feeling some levels of success at any and everything I do. I hope to walk each day in the light rather than succumb to the dark clouds constantly tailing me.
Have a great start to your weekend everyone.
Peace and love,
Paula R.
I actually started mine about a month ago. I stopped drink pop and the majority of my caffeine b/c of some medical conditions and at the same time i joined a gym. I’m taking everything really slow and not pushing myself but I hope that I can continue to keep myself going.
I am going to work on finding joy throughout each day. Savor the quiet time to read, be happy & thankful I have a job – even when I want to be elsewhere, and be present in my life. I tend to rush around like a lunatic, but hopefully not this year!
I don’t make specific resolutions but I hope to follow a bit healthier lifestyle – eating better, healthier and get more walking in. Happy New Year to all!
Happy New Year!!
I’m going to try and eat more healthy and exercise more so when Harley season is here I’ll look good in my leathers.
I’m hoping for a healthier year for me and everyone this year. Happy New Years
I hope to obviously lose a few pounds but otherwise hope to keep on keepin on:)My kids are a fun age and I love my husband. As for the whole of New Year’s it really is a one second holiday. I generally sleep right through it:)
Maintaining my current exercise routine is my resolution for 2012. Making myself hit the elliptical or treadmill when the basement is so chilly and dark can be a challenge! :cold:
I try not to make resolutions because I never keep them. So I guess in 2012 I will keep on keeping on. It seems to be working for me so far. Happy New Years everyone!!
No resolutions other than to enjoy every day as if could be the last. Make sure family knows how much they are loved and appreciated.
No big resolutions this year. I will work to let the stress at work not bother me and not take any of it home with me.
I’m starting back on Weight Watchers on the 1st. Also going back into training for 5K in January. I need to lose at least 40 pounds and would feel even better if I could lose 50. Tracking my food and exercise will help me get back on track.
No resolutions per say… I just want to give myself permission to be a little more free.
Have a Happy New Year everyone! Make it a good one!
I want to lose 20 lbs before my son’s wedding in April! Happy New Year everyone!
The end of 2011 was great for me. I got a great job and some good reading/reviewing opportunities opened up for me. I’m hoping 2012 will continue this great trend!
Jenn aka Squenn
I don’t make resolutions anymore. It’s too depressing when they don’t happen. My goals for 2012? Work harder, write better, and do my best in everything I try.
Just a time to start fresh and tackle new challenges. I’m not sure what the year has in store for me but I plan to face each day with a positive attitude. Happy Friday everyone! :bananaangel:
no real resolutions for me. I never stick to them anyway!!
happy new year!!!
I’m at a pretty good place… but I need to exercise more… plan to start walking again!
This year, with two in college, my resolution is to follow the BUDGET. The shoe obsession has to end. :boohoo:
 Happy New Year and to a healthy and prosperous 2012!
Tami B
I hoping to start back on watching what I eat and to read more.
Going to hit my global reset button. I had been sick since Thanksgiving and have just started to feel like myself only the past couple of days. It turned out one of the medicines that was given to me for my illness was actually making me sicker. Now it’s time to get back to normal life!
I never keep resolutions so I don’t make them but hope to get moving more.
Happy New Year!
2012, a new year for new beginnings both in my home life and working world! Hope this is true for everybody!
:reindeer:
Debbie
I hope to write and finish something now that I have a new computer :posting:
I also hope to cut out all fastfood and junk food and head to the gym more :boxer: .
My goal is to figure out how to deal with fibronyalgia…have to learn how to work out even though my body hurts. Thanks so much for your contests, you are awesome!
 2012 ought to be intriguing. It is the year of the prophesy.
Happy New Years everyone. My only goal for 2012 is to survive it. I want to learn how to smile again and spend more time doing the things i love like, writing and reading. Good luck everyone with their resolutions.
:winner: 2012- I want to get healthy and learn to make more time for Me…..not sure if I need a resolution to do this- haha
I hope that the new year brings us a better financial situation and that our family stays healthy, happy and having Fun!
Right now I’m thinking, “Wow, I hope I can pay off my credit card bill.” I bought my parents a TV for Christmas and it is eating up my pocket.
I also want to up my reading goal from 85 to 100 this year. My New Year’s Resolution is to finish my TBR pile before buying more books.
I’m Hoping for a New Boyfriend and A Fun and adveture filled New year. ITs also My Birthday on Sunday. lol
a Happy New start to the New year.

Happy New Year!!!! No real resolutions for me, this year I was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic (at 38 my heads still spinning on that one), so I just hoping I continue you control my diabetes. Wish all my Plotmonkey friends and my family all the happiness that they deserve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m looking forward to logging every book I read next year. My goal is to read 200 books in 2012. Thanks for the giveaway!!!! That card would help me reach my goal
Thanks again!
Happy Friday!

Happy New Year! Every year I just think that it is a new year and it is a fresh start! It is “start over” fresh again! No pressures in life! (: Positive thinking all around!! (:
2012 will be a year of new beginnings for me because more than likely my husband and I will be divorcing. I know that I will be okay no matter what happens. I need a fresh start.
One resolution is to clean a little every day so that when company comes, I won’t be trying to do everything at once- which is impossible, plus it makes me very cranky! I need to stop being a member of the “dust is my friend” club.
:snowguy: The New Year? Already? Wow, where did the last 6 months go? I’m really excited about the New Year actually. I’ve taken my son into my company which will take a great load off my shoulders and allow me to get twice as much work done! And I’m resolved to get my livingroom and bedroom re-habbed finally! And, I’m resolved to not freeze this winter, although that’s more of a wish than a resolution.
:partyman: Happy New Year! :partyman:
I am going to start fresh in 2012.
Pay down and eventually pay off all debt.
I am hoping to keep a spotless house. Most likely not going to happen because I have three kids, but it is worth a try.
Have a great weekend everyone.
 I’m hoping to start exercising more….as I’m getting closer to 50, I realize my body needs it!
I don’t make resolutions anymore. :drama: Happy New Year!
I will be making the same resolutions that I always do. Lose the weight i gained during the year. i gain and lose the same weight every year. it is a cycle.
Happy New Year to everyone!!!
I am not a fan of resolutions. I try to exercise throughout the year and maintain my same clothes sizes. I try to have a glass of wine a day- for health benefits ;-) I try to give myself “me” time by reading, sewing and massage/facials. I do need to find some girlfriends to hangout with- otherwise I think I do a pretty good job throughout the year. Happy 2012 everyone!
No resolutIons for me. I just keep on trying to eat healthier and keep positive outlook for the year. Wishing everyone a healthy New Year.
I hope that everyone has a safe and Happy New Years!
No specific resolutions…I just want to try and be a healthier me all around…which will require some work.
Resolved not to resolve but to do.
Eat less, move more, write.
:snowfight: my newyear resolution is to stop eating junk food =)
Looking forward to a healthy 2012.
Happy New Year! My resolution this year is to lose weight and keep it off. My hubby and I are going to start seeing a Nutritionist in January (appointments made). Also on my list is to get to the gym and actually exercise to help lose that excess weight. And of course, I need to actually sit down and read to catch up with my TBR pile of many books.
Resolution time-I never keep them I just hope this new year is a happy healthy one for me and my family
I like the idea of a ‘fresh start’. I am thinking about how after my little dude’s birthday in the middle of the month, I am going to work on clearing out the clutter in the house. I am retaking over the house! I also have to make it to IKEA and get stuff to organize the house. Crazy and lofty goals, I know.
Happy New Year!
This year I’m going to eat healthier, work out daily and read more books.
I need to get back into a walking routine so I can keep my blood sugar levels in line and hopefully lose more weight. Happy Friday and Happy New Year to all!
Happy Friday Ladies! I dont make resolutions because they are too easy to break. Instead I’m just going to focus on getting my two manuscripts sent out and see what happens with them. Also Im gonna focus on my cake business and my family.
Hope you all have a Happy New Year!!!
My news years resolution is to read my Bible every day and spend quiet time with the Lord each day.
I need to start exercising more and try to take off some of this extra weight I have put on. I use to walk two miles a day and I have stopped now so I need to get back into it. I did feel better when I did this.
For 2012, I plan to: read more and continue to log/reflect about the books I am reading.
Happy New Year, all!
Happy New Year to All.
I want to make sure I keep up on my treadmill more and eat more healthy – now that the holidays are almost over, there won’t be all those sweets and goodies around.
I don’t like to make resolutions,it’s to much pressure. I’m going to try and eat healthier this coming year though. I’m hoping for good weather next year. No more tornados, I hope. I hope you all have a safe and happy new year.
I do not usually make resolutions, but this year I am thinking of giving myself one… seeing if I can follow through… Wishing everyone the best for this upcoming New Year! :D
I don’t make resolutions any more – just try not to make everything about me and to be kinder to others.
Happy New Years to all!!
:grouphug: I don’t make resolutions but hope for a healthy and happy 2012 for everyone :grouphug:
I don’t really have a New Year resolution, I’m just hoping that my health will improve and that I will get to enjoy 2012 more than 2011. Happy New Year!
It is less of a new years thing and more about my friends wedding being in June and she has asked me to be a bridesmaid… But I need to make a real effort to lose weight and this year I plan to stay focused on my school work. No more procrastination.
Happy New Years!
:partyman: I don’t make resolutions. I would like to do more traveling later in 2012 but I will have to see how the year goes. A New Year’s Toast to Everyone that stops by here.
Great Friday prize! Thanks to each of you for another interesting year in the blog & the books. Keep it going. :applause: Pretty please.
:rainman: We are getting some drizzle no real rain!
:flag: :flag: :flag: :flag: :grouphug:
Well, for the past 4 years it has been to move back to our home state to be close to family. Happy to say we finally were able to do that in July!!! I’m not sure what to say this year, I honestly thought we would be stuck where we were for a lot longer. I’ll have to say losing weight would be a top priority, can’t go on our upcoming vacation to Hawaii without losing weight and I am determined to put out Christmas cards next year. My daughter’s birthday is two days after Christmas so I need to do some better budgeting so we can get everything done. Maybe start my holiday shopping in October
Happy New Year!
No, no resolutions, just to continue on my good progress of all the weight I lost over the past year and a half…
Lois
Definetly a healthier lifestyle. To catch up on reading and become more organized. Happy New Year……
Happy New Year! Keep on exercising, walking and being careful.
Once again my new years resolution is to do better in school and to procrastinate less on getting things done.
Happy New Year everyone!
I’ve lost 32 lbs since July 5th so that’s feels like a pretty good accomplishment for 2011 but i would like to lost at least 10 more and maintain that as well as tone myself. That’s the physical goal for 2012. I would also like to get more organized and get things done on time insterad of last minute or late. That’s probably enough to work on for 2012. lol
Happy New year everyone!
Lisa B
I need to lose weight… And find a job. :/ At least one of these should be doable, right?!?
And just call me Debbie Downer :X
(but I am, after all, a lime ;P)
I need to get rid of the clutter and build some more book shelves!!! Happy New Year!
I’m not one for resolutions, just hoping for a happy new year.
I’m going to try to make my resolution work this year! We will see how it goes
Not even going to try to make resolutions because I break them in days if not hours. As I do many times during the year, I’m going to try to eat better and execise more.
I hope business improves so that I’m able to continue with my job after August.
No big resolutions for me. I am hoping to get my knee fixed (again) so maybe I can work on losing a little weight. I think 2012 will be a good year. I will be gaining a daughter in law in September :madlyinlove: and I’m very excited about it.
My resolutions for the New Year is go for more walks and try to change my eating habits so I can lose some weight.
Happy New Year!!!!!
I’m going to be healthier!
I would love a more stress-free year, so I need to find a way to not let everything weigh so heavily on me. I need to make more time for reading as well as making my personal blog more artsy (it’s been pretty basic since I started it a year ago). I also need to force myself to gain more weight. The stress has caused a really big weight loss and I need to get that under control. 2012 looks to be busy!
The latter part of 2011 has been so hectic for us: surgery for Honey, breast
biopsy (benign) for me, illnesses among our siblings, family problems among
the children! My wish for the coming year is for a peaceful, quiet, and tranquil
life. Calm is going to be my code word from here on!
I usually don’t make resolutions and I’m definitely not making any this year. I’m due with my second child in May and my oldest is still young enough that I remember the life upheaval after he arrived. Maybe I could say my resolution this year is just to stay sane? ;-)
I don’t consider myself a religious person, but I actually prefer doing something for Lent than making a New Year’s resolution to do (or not do) something for ever. I’m thinking this year of giving up Facebook for Lent. I can do that for 40 days!
My husband is heading off for a deployment next weekend so we’ve decided to do a few things differently this year. For my own sanity I have decided to set up a meditation area in our bedroom where I can reconnect and zen out. To maintain a togetherness while he is gone we are learning poems together. It helps boost brain power and gives us something silly to focus on. I think we might start with Poe. As a family we have committed to being healthier and happier, and as part of that we are introducing or eliminating one new thing every month. January is about walking. I think 2012 is about being positive, otherwise I will just stress out and worry until Flyboy gets home.
For the new year, I plan to get my family started on eating better & getting in better shape. I recently found out that I have celiac disease, I am going to work on becoming gluten-free and I am going to look into going back to school to become a nurse.
Thanks for the giveaway!!
Happy New Year!!!
Happy New Year, everyone!
Happy New Year! I am planning to be more frugal with my finances and stop sweating the small stuff so much.
I’m not a resolution type person.I never follow through.
Happy New Year!!
I wish for the new year health and happiness for my family, courage to do some of the things I’ve always wanted to do. Also, jobs for those of us unemployed. Plans are to continue onward in our striving for more fit bodies, eating healthier and getting more exercise. And making sure the people I love know it from day to day!
All I hope for is a healthier year for my husband – not that it looks likely as now his kidneys are causing concern
I want to clean out some of the accumulated “inventory” of my house. I have a huge house and while it’s not packed to the hilt, the closets need serious help! Actually most of the things are older, and just never made their way to the Salvation Army — but I am going to make an effort to “get er done” in 2012.

This is the year to quit smoking! I’ve said this many times and never had success. But this is the year. I really want to do it. Happy New Year!
I have to get back on my nutrition and exercise plan. Starting Jan. 2. No. Really. I’m serious. And I really need to get back on track with my writing. I’ve been a slacker during the holidays. That’s my plan. :candycane:
I started my diet a few months ago. It’s slow going, and I have to count calories carefully otherwise I cheat (and I’m not cheating anyone but myself!). I’m going to add more exercise in the new year, since I’m getting approx ZERO exercise lately and my joints are freezing up.
And I’m going to be bolder about submitting to agents and editors and contests. Maybe this is my year?
Have to make some changes! But it’s good!:D ..No New Year’s Resolutions!:) ..Happy New Year everyone!:P
My hope for 2012 is for my oldest daughter get back on her feet. For my middle daughter to get her grades up but continue to use her beautiful singing voice. Also congrats to my son for making the varsity wrestling team his first year.
Have a safe & happy New Year!
I want to start exercising than try to quit smoking.
Never make resolutions—–just begin a fresh new year.
New year means new beginnings for me. Going to take exercising and dieting seriously so I am in shape for my May trip to Italy. :P
I just found out that I am pregnant with my first child, so the resolution to lose weight is on hold. I am looking forward to a great year with many special blessings! :partyman:
Hope everyone has a Happy and Safe New Year!
Happy New Year. As always my resolution is take better care of myself through healthy eating and exercise and reduce stress by not letting things drag me down. :partyman:
Gonna hope that 2012 goes better than 2011 did. Gonna try to work more on my WIP than I have been and try to go back to school.
I resolved to keep writing back in August. I’ve been doing a great job of it too! Hardly took a day off. Maybe I should make ALL my resolutions in August!
Have a happy New Year!
I’m hoping to continue my weight loss in 2012, since I’ve done pretty well so far with Weight Watchers. I’m also expecting to read a lot of really fabulous books, just like I did this last year.
Happy New Year all!
I have really never done resolutions before, but this year I really want to lose some weight for 2 reasons, one-Dr. advised it (uggh…) and two-for me, I would feel a lot better about myself. I’m starting small, just want to lose 10 lbs…so we’ll see how it goes
I’m looking forward to a fresh start in the new year. I want to be more organized and stay on top of things a little better rather than waiting until the last minute!
 I figured this one is perfect for this weekend. TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!
I should do resolutions, I definitely need them but I probably won’t.
:cooldance: I’m sure hoping that 2012 begins with a championship for my LSU Tigers. Happy New Year, all!
not one to do resolutions per say, but just keep trying to be better & enjoy what life throws my way when I can. looking forward to a quiet wknd reading & dinner w/ friends on new years (got the pork & kraut so am ready to go). Hope 2012 brings everyone here only good things with lots of smiles & laughter
Happy New Year! This year I am making promises to myself and am not going to do a resolution.
:flag: Lose weight, be healthier and WRITE MORE. That’s it.
Happy New Year to all of you lovely gals– I appreciate all of you and hope 2012 is extra special!
I’m going to go on a health kick– and stick to it this time! Oh, for crying out loud, let me stick to it this time!
I want to try to lose weight and come off some of my medications. I also think I need to start reading more, I’ve been slacking off on that lately.
This coming New Year is to live to the fullest.
New Year everyone!
I don’t do resolutions- but I do plan on getting rid of a bag of garbage a day while cleaning. Once the bag is full, I can stop if I want, but I have to fill a bag. I might find the spare bedrooms.
Happy New Year!!!
I don’t do resolutions. That way f something happens and I don’t follow through, I don’t feel guilty.
You never know what is going to happen….”Man proposes, God disposes!” :snowfight: <——-Just 'cause I like it!
I’m not going to make resolutions I know I won’t keep so the only thing I’ve told myself is to get my health in better shape; and I started in November by walking every day and snacking a lot less.
Continue the healthy eating.
Wishing all a Happy New Year!
I hope 2012 brings clarity….and love!!!
My new years resolution is to try to read a bit more and just try to relax and stop worrying about things I can’t change
Donna :elf: :snowfight:
No resolutions here. Hope to continue staying off all pop (as have done so since Oct 29/10); continue losing weight (although one of my necessary meds is playing havoc with that right now); continue trying to get more than 5 hours of sleep a night (and being sleepy all day); continue “finding my house” (as I need to get rid of or organize a lot of … stuff); and continue putting photos, etc. into scrapbooks.
I’m going to try to lose about 50 pounds and to eat a lot healthier.
I really need to work out more this year and lose some weight!!
I’m hoping for an easier year in 2012. This past year was tough. I’m looking forward to starting over with a clean slate on Sunday.
Hoping 2012 will be an even better year than 2011!
My resolution this year is to not worry so much about what people think. I really need to make this a priority. :applause:
I would like to improve my knitting.
Hope everyone has a safe and happy new year!
I’ve never been good with resolutions. I just hope that my friends and family have plenty of good health and success in the new year!
Happy New Year! Looking forward to reading new books from all of the plotmonkeys in 2012!!
:yourock
I just want to start fresh in 2012, maybe pick up some new organizational habits and get rid of some of my tendency to keep too many things. I hope everyone in my family has good health in 2012.
Happy New Year Everyone!
My new years resolution is to eat healthier.
Happy New Year!!! I’ve given up resolutions I only remember them for a week anyways…
My New Year’s resolution is do more volunteering.
For me the New Year is going to be about starting fresh. I just finished my Bachelor’s degree so I’m now looking for full time work. I hope is to find something (anything) and keep looking for something that will be long-term with health benefits.
Time to start fresh. My resolution is to get in better shape by eating healthier and exercising more.
I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!
Wow, it’s hard to believe 2011 is almost over. I’m never good with keeping New Year’s resolutions. The only one I know I want to keep is to read more in 2012.
I want to get my life on track, finish the gazillion WIPs and submit them. Want to re-do my office, do some work on the house and improve my health. The last includes losing the dreaded weight I’ve gained.
Most of all, I want to have a much better attitude.
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year everyone! Hopefully 2012 will be the start of getting healthy again.
I’m thinkin’ 2012 will be a GREAT year! 2011 started with the death of my father and it set the tone for the year. No matter how “prepared” you are, it’s tough to know that you are now on your own — time to be an adult! — when your parents pass away. But next year I’m hoping for (new) work, maybe a new state of residence, good health, and good things for all my friends. Yep, it’s gonna be a kick ass year! If not, I’m gonna be realllllllllllllly cranky 12/31/12! Happy New Year, everybody!
I resolve to do my best every day in every endeavor. And to be a mom my boys will love unabashedly even when they’re fifteen and sixteen years old.
Alwayas to loss weight but since it never happens I’ll go for being healthy.
This year I really have to lose some weight
I’m looking forward to the new year and it’s possibilities. I’m looking for a fresh start and to hopefully keep my resolutions. Thanks for the awesome giveaway! Happy New Year!
2010 was not a good year for us. I am hoping that 2012 brings us some good luck.
I don’t really make resolutions (that seems to carry a jinx) but I do have goals. Finish my house renovations & some landscaping; either win the lottery or get a job.
Happy New Year!! :cold:
I’m looking forward to the new year for so many reasons!!! Things are only going to be better and better!
I don’t make new year resolutions, its like lying to myself.
I hope and pray this year is better than 2011. This year has been awful. one bad thing after another.
To be confident in myself and who I am
to try new things no matter what the risk.
Happy New Year!!!
:partyman: Wishing everyone an early Happy New Year!
I don’t like to make resolutions because I think we tend to go into them with the preconceived notion that we’re going to break them anyway so we set them impossibly high and almost guarantee that they are broken. Plus, we always do it with a time period – like I want to lose x amount of pounds in three months so I can fit into my high school bikini. I think it’s much easier and more productive to set goals because we always give ourselves more time to do it and they’re always more practical.
So my goal for the new year is to write more, be more proactive in pursuit of my goals, and never stop dreaming because that’s where some of the best ideas come from!
I’m hoping to resolve some health issues in 2012, but don’t have any resolutions. Happy New Year!
I’m always Hoping for a Better Year then the Year Before! Last Year was better then the Year before but still trying so hope in for even Better this Year! so Hear is to a Better and Happier :praying: New Year!!
This year my plan is to focus on getting my healthy habits back on track and kick the extra pounds, spend more time with family, try some new things, maybe write a book, and try really hard to get bills etc. caught up. Losing my main income sources (freelance graphic/web designer) was a big hit for me as a single mom so I am hoping I can pick up some new clients this year to make ends meet. Wishing all of you Plot Monkeys the best in 2012!
a few days of R&R, then back to work, where things hopefully will be a bit less chaotic and more stable. Hoping for a few less long work hours so I can spend more quality time with my kid, and maybe even get in a little “me” time at the end of the day without having to sacrifice sleep.
to try and come out of my shell. I am really really shy. Am moving away from my family in march and will be living by myself. So I need to stop being so shy.
I havent thought of a good resolution yet
I fervently hope that 2012 is much, much better than 2011, financially and otherwise. I hope never to have another year like 2011 again (except for the having a new nephew part).
Happy New Year!
In this 2012 I wish for health, happiness, love. I will be doing my best to regain control over my body with some dieting and exercise. I hope to be able to take my childrens to disney land. It simple I will be happy if all my family is together and healthy.
:snowguy: It was a warm day at 57 but very windy, so you couldn’t even tell. What a bummer!
Thanks for a awesome giveaway! Also I don’t get my email sent until 9 pm so Hope it’s ok I’m posting a day late. Thanks!
:merryxmas:
My new years resolution is to be refreshed…
I’m hoping to be more disciplined overall in 2012. I let myself lapse in 2011 and have some making up to do! Happy New Year!
:partyman: I’m hoping for the new year that my family will make more money, I’m hoping that 2012 will heal all wounds both emotional and physical from 2011 and I’d love to have a baby.
My husband and I are hoping for a new year of improved health for him since he was diagnosed with Lymphoma this past year on Jan 4th. After finishing his chemo in July, he has been doing lots better. So we are hoping to be able to travel this year which is what we had planned for our retirement. Here’s hoping everyone has a happy and healthy new year!!
:cooldance:I am thinking I really want to fit back into some jeans I have not seen in a while, lol… And my fiance is on board with me! =) So we are going to start walking and eating healthier! It is going to be the best year to come!!!!!
So we shall see…. We have a goal to do a couple of 5K walks/runs this spring time!
I don’t do “New Years Resolutions”. I figure each month I should set small goals and work toward them. I tweak and adjust as I go along. That being said, for the month of January I am going to continue exercising, I am going to get some dental work and I am going to clean up my office!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I don’t make resolutions. They never get kept. What I want in the new year is a miracle cure for my brother-in-law, happiness and success for my children, and all around good health. It wouldn’t be bad if people would just be nice to one another too
.
:snowfight: Exercise more and eat healthier, with the holidays passing it’s time to start a new chapter ( no pun intended)…Happy New Year everyone!
Happy New Year Monkeys!
My resolution this year is the same as it was last year: live healthier! Not much success this year but I will try to make my goals smaller and more manageable. I will try to walk twice a week and add more veggies to my diet.
:bananaangel:
Happy New Year to all. Next yr hope to be healthy, happy and not lose anymore loved ones.
My resolution is to finally get this body of mine in check! It’s going to be a hard fight, but I’m hoping to win the battle.
Hope you all have a happy (and safe!) New Year!
I’m hoping to start to eat healthier and to loss somemore weight!! I just love and take care of my husband and kids better~~~~
Happy New Year’s everyone!
My resolution this year is to exercise more and to stay healthy.
Not resolutions as much as goals I set for myself. Did pretty good in 2011, so have some personal goals on the list as well as things like planting a spring and summer garden next year.
Wishing everyone a safe and happy celebration.
Thanks for the nice giveaway! :yourock
Wishing each of you a safe and happy New Year!! :partyman:
No plans here…. hubby usually is laying on sofa channel surfing or asleep, and I will be either watching a movie on laptop or reading my book in bed! That’s just how it is here. ;)
I am not doing resolutions this year… just praying for better health and extra strength and courage to get me through the Memorial service for my dear sweet big brother.
It has been a really sad year for us and looking forward to a hopefully much better year in 2012.
I will be doing the dreaded 4 letter word… D I E T! Happy New Year everyone, best wishes for a better year for all!
I am hoping to finish my rough draft, edit it and get it out to agents by this time next year. I pray you have a wonderful New Year.
Heather
The moment I label my goals as New Year’s Resolutions they seem destined for failure. My weight loss resolutions, exercise resolutions and all other well-intentioned resolutions lose their lustre around mid-January and I’m left feeling like a bit of a failure.
I just like to think of January 1 as a fresh start. I only hope I stay healthy, the people I love stay healthy and happy, and that there’s less anger and nastiness in the world (and plenty of good books, of course).
Happy New Year, everybody! :flowers4you:
Happy New Year!
my resolution is to start running, maybe run half marathon with a friend if it goes well too
Our family does goals rather than resolutions, and my big one is to continue decluttering! Wooot!
Happy New Year, everyone!
:threecheers Hoping for a better year for all!
