I don’t have a joke today, but instead a little pretty-please favor to ask. As you might know, Bruce and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this July. Between paying for college for daughter # 2 and saving for a wedding for daughter # 1, we’ve had to let our own dreams for a super-special getaway go. (Not that we have to have one–every day is special with Bruce. :heart: !) But it would be nice to do something, so when I saw this contest offering a wedding or vow renewal at Disney World, I just had to enter us, using part of Bruce’s letter to me from my birthday.

Please give us a vote if you have a minute! You have to register with the site, but it’s Disney and is actually a fun/safe site. By the way–you can go back and vote every day. :biggrin: (hint hint)

LeslieLeslie Kelly used to say she wanted to be a doctor when she grew up, but then she discovered Nancy Drew books. Being a flashlight-under-the-covers-nose-in-book reader throughout her childhood, she couldn’t think of anything else she’d rather do as an adult than continue to lose herself in fictional stories. Her real life marriage of 20 years to the man of her dreams is a constant reinforcement that happily-ever-afters really can happen…and that they’re worth writing about. Living in Maryland, Leslie spends her non-writing time laughing a lot with the above-mentioned romance hero and their three daughters. Though an author of more than thirty sexy, contemporary comedies, she has recently branched out to write dark romantic suspense under the pseudonym Leslie Parrish.

    Leslie, Congratulations on the upcoming 25th anniversary. Fantastic! I tried voting for you & Bruce but the Disney comany gave me such a difficult time I finally gave up. No matter how or what I entered they did not like it. Phooey on them. I hope you get alot of votes. If I recover from the experience I might try again!
