4. Order a Diet Water whenever you go out to eat,with a serious face.

5. Sing Along At The Opera.

6. When The Money Comes Out The ATM, Scream ‘I Won! I Won!’

7. When Leaving the Zoo, Start Running towards the Car Park, Yelling ‘Run For Your Lives! They’re Loose!’

8. Tell Your Children Over Dinner, ‘Due To The Economy, We are Going To Have To Let One Of You Go.’

    :coffee: I needed a laugh this AM. I was up till 2 AM because my youngest daughter who BTW is 20 had her very first date ever. A good time was had by all. Nigel (the gentleman in question) is 23 and has had only one date before which turned out to be a disadter. They are both late bloomers and both had a good time :cheer: So I am happy for them both. :coffee:

        Tjanks guys… I think I was as nervous as she was. Carly you are right, IT IS hard being a mom. I talked to Nigel’s Mom this AM and she said he was sooo nervous and when he got home from bringing her home he went straight to the bathroom and gave himself a timeout to decompress. How sweet is that? :lol:

      Patsy a lovely story about your daughter. I have a late bloomer but for different reasons than your daughter. Mine is now 40 & dating a guy she seems to be very involved with. I haven’t met him yet as they are both working, going to school & she has a 20 year old son. I’m so glad to hear that the first date for your daughter went so well. :hugging:

      Miss Ashley’s teenage years were rough and now that she is 20 I can see things looking up for her especially where Mr Nigel is concerned, He is a sweet young man All I tell you about where your son is involved is patience, Patience, Patience… LOL

    CArly searched the storesyesterday for an early on the shelf copy of

    Lucky Break. No lucky break for me. Bah humbug!

    I am leaving for Maine today and was hoping to find a copy.

    I guess I’ll have to wait until Tuesday. D-a-r-n!

    I did get Covet by JRWard so I will get it read before Lucky Break.

    Hey Carly, I loved the funny…the last one was the best….I tried to see if Sears Essentials had your book out early, but it didn’t. I was kind of bummed about that, but I haven’t checked Walmart or Target yet, so I have to do that tonight. I hope everyone is having a great Sunday, despite the rain.
