Okay, so today is supposed to be Leslie’s contest day…but she’s busy driving around Maryland, making sure her fans will be able to get signed copies of FADE TO BLACK. She called and asked if I’d switch with her…which was perfect, because now I don’t have to worry about it next week while we’re in Washington!

And in celebration of Leslie taking that load off of my mind, I’m giving away a copy of each of her BLACK CAT books!

By all reports, Julie Leto was a sweet child once, somewhat shy, preferring to play quietly in her room making up stories. However, being raised with three brothers in a loud, primarily Italian household did have its influences and Julie discovered her inner tough girl. That’s probably why most of her heroines kick serious butt. Writing sassy heroines has worked out, as she’s sold nearly thirty books to three publishers featuring strong, confident women. Julie lives in Florida with her husband, daughter, spoiled dachshund, enormous guinea pig and a wide range of relatives all within driving distance.

That’s a great prize Julie! I’ve been looking forward to Leslie’s new series!
Everyone seems to be talking about how hot the weather is where they are. Here in Boston, we have been cool and rainy all through June and now into July. We have a nice sunny day today and temps should move up into the 70s!

I have them…or will soon. *anxiously watches mailbox for BLACK AT HEART ARC* Don’t put me in the contest. Just wanted to drop by and say hi. We’re headed for DC tomorrow. This is my first visit to your blog, love the sisterhood. Have never read any of Leslie’s books, I would love to try them. Especially since they are the fruit of a lot of hard work and fun girl’s weekends. Love the genre too.
