Well, as you all know, I’m a Halloween nut. (Wanna see my costume? I’m so proud of myself, I made this by hand…I’m going as the Queen of Hearts!)
We are having a big party next Friday night and have been gearing up for it. And I thought I’d offer something today to help somebody else have a fun Halloween celebration. So I’ll send our winner these fun witchy mugs (set of 4) and this very cool camera that apparently puts a ghost in every picture! Haven’t used one yet, but they look pretty cool.

Those mugs remind me of one of the witches in the Sid and Marty Kroft shows (this is a good thing, those shows are very popular in our house). That camera reminds me of the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland. You know me, anytime I can make random references, I will…..

My daughter’s Halloween party is next Friday night also, we’ve had 89 RSVP’s. Did I mention that she’s in middle school and this will be 89 12-13 year olds. What was I thinking? LOL

Awesome costume Leslie! You are a fantastic seamstress! My attempt at sewing ended in disaster! I made a dress in high school. I was so embarassed I threw it away! My mom was the one who inherited the talent for sewing.

Forgot the prizes (which are all totally full of WIN!), I want that costume, Leslie! Dudette! That’s so awesome. My DD’s birthday is the 30th and she always thought Halloween was just for her.
I always made her costumes – Snoopy, Little Mermaid, Fire Chief, Fairy Princess, Cowgirl, Indian Maiden, to name a few. I miss making them for her now.

I am always happy to find other Halloween fans. I decorate for Halloween like most people decorate for Christmas. This year, I want to make a Halloween tree. I saw one done on a craft program with a fallen branch, some nifty ornaments and black and purple.
For our anniversary, Husband got me a ghost plate set! The ghosts have a different finish from the rest of the rest of the plate! Good Husband!

:pumpkin:Happy Birthday…next weekend we are going to a small country town called “The Haunted Halloween Hallow” …the whole town participates in various interactive plays & activities and you follow a path through the town for several hours of good family fun all for about $8 – $10 a person…it should be an enjoyable time. :arrr:

Oh that dress is beautiful Leslie!!! I’ve never been into Halloween much. When the kids were younger, I loved to dress them for it and loved to see them happy with the Halloween activities, but for me it was a time to take care of them and others. As they are now older, usually Halloween would pass quietly for me, but now I have something to look forward to, and I spent the whole month enjoying it! Its Halloween reads!!! Really its really brought back a kind of spirit of Halloween for me. I love reading the Halloween theme stories and the paranormals. It lets me read all I want to of those for the whole month! I didn’t know about these themes of yours being Halloween so I’m so excited!
