No joke today unfortunately, I’m still not laughing a lot after the surgery. It wasn’t much fun…but I am feeling better than I was the first day, when I was a woozy, light-headed, 5-shots-of-morphine-and-one-percoset nutjob.
I think getting the pain meds out of my system was worse than the pain!
Anyway, thanks for the well wishes. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Glad to hear you are feeling better and it’s ok on not having a funny today.
I had to help my youngest step-son yesterday make that awful decision about his beloved dog, one of my grand-dogs and I am still
. This was not a good start to the holiday weekend. It was also the anniversary of his mom’s loss and he is really taking it very hard.

Oy, dudette! Morphin is REALLY bad $%!+. Only had to use it once I was
for 24 hours after. Percs make my hubby weird crazy – like talking to the invisible people crazy. Hope you get better soon. I finished Slow Hands last night, Leslie. Can’t wait for the next one. 
Gulf Coast folks? My thoughts and prayers are with ya’ll. I hope Gustav turns into a whimper rather than a howl. Hope all of you come through it safely!
