I find that gmail does a great job of filtering spam and... :X I feel like if someone I know is going to send me something/some reputable company, if they can't handle sending something that won't get caught in a spam trap it's likely not something I want to see anyway. We connected the gmail to our outlook so we rarely get spam at that account. One thing my husband has always insisted on is that we do not open forwards, even from family. I will say that the yahoo account gets about 20-30 spam emails a day and only about half of those get sent to the junk mail folder. I have no idea how the others escape notice but I just delete. I just read that if you get emails asking for personal info you are supposed to send them to the Attorney General.
