A New Resource
Julie Icon

Now, we’re not usually excited about sending writers and readers to OTHER blogs than ours, but today, I’m very pleased to help promote a new group blog organized and brought to you by Novelists Inc. Novelists Inc, or NINC, is an organization of multi-published, multi-genre writers that I love deeply. I’ve been a member of NINC for a few years now and I remember way back when being able to join NINC was a goal of mine. NINC members have to have sold two books or more and most have sold many, many more than that. The memberships ranges from very experienced writers who have been hitting lists for years to brand new writers who are just starting out. (Well, just starting out after selling two books!)

Anyway, I think that NINC has a very unique perspective, quite unlike RWA or any other writer’s organization. So here is a message from the blog’s webmistress, the incomparable Patricia Rosemoor. And if you haven’t read her books, you’ll want to do that. She’s a queen of romantic suspense. She even wrote a few really hot Blazes. She has a GREAT new thriller out right now! Check out her website and the new NINC blog! The best part…you can win free books!

Hello, Plotmonkey readers! I am the BlogMistress at the new Novelists, Inc. Blog. Don’t you love that handle — “BlogMistress”? Doesn’t it make you think of black leather and whips…

Oops, there goes my imagination again! Which is appropriate for our brand new blog over at Ninc.com. We’re all multi-published popular fiction authors, and hopefully you’ll get some insights into our inventive minds by visiting us often. Authors in every genre will be blogging, as will industry guests. (It’s always good to know what’s on the minds of agents and editors!)

We’re aiming our blog at YOU—whether you’re a writer or a reader, you’ll get lots of information, networking and fun. Comment, and you’ll be eligible to win a free book. We’re giving away at least one book a week.

So come visit us

Julie Leto

JulieBy all reports, Julie Leto was a sweet child once, somewhat shy, preferring to play quietly in her room making up stories. However, being raised with three brothers in a loud, primarily Italian household did have its influences and Julie discovered her inner tough girl. That’s probably why most of her heroines kick serious butt. Writing sassy heroines has worked out, as she’s sold over forty books to four publishers featuring strong, confident women. Julie lives in Florida with her daughter, a spoiled dachshund, a haughty lynx-point Siamese and a wide range of relatives all within driving distance.

Welcome to the jungle, Ms. Rosemoor. I hope you enjoy your day here in the canopy. Monkeys and all sorts of creatures abound. :giggle:

For some reason, I can’t access the NINC blog or web site. The server must be down. But I’ll keep trying.

    Have a great day all,

    Cher :snoopy:

Okay, I don’t usually send stuff like this out but my MIL just sent this to me and it is just TOO funny! It’s a clip from the Ellen Degeneres show.

Plotmonkeys, if I’ve overstepped my bounds with posting this just delete it and send me a slap on the wrist!
