Hope you’re all having a great weekend. We’re having a great time so far in sunny southern California. No books plotted yet, but lots of laughs and food and we’re getting to work at 9am on Sunday. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Here are a few funnies that I blatantly stole off Bruce’s blog…thanks babe! (The bolded one is my fave… :rotfl1: )

Good health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.

Men have two emotions: Hungry and Horny. If you see him without an erection, make him a sandwich.

Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day, teach a person to use the internet and they won’t bother you for weeks.

Some people are like a Slinky … Not really good for anything, but you still can’t help but smile when you shove them down the stairs.

Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to Criticism.

Why does a slight tax increase cost you $200.00 and a substantial tax cut saves you $30.00?

In the 60’s, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is Weird and people take Prozac to make it normal.

Being a flashlight-under-the-covers-nose-in-book reader throughout her childhood, she couldn’t think of anything else she’d rather do as an adult than continue to lose herself in fictional stories.     Love the funnies…my personal favorite was the one about the slinky. Hubby asked if I had anyone in mind as I read it….as both of us cut our eyes to the 12 year old.

    Oh man, we watched Jackass 2 last night, and I’m ashamed to say I laughed until I cried at times. I wonder if they’ve ever tried to make a human slinky?
