We Plotmonkeys are SO appreciative of everyone’s wonderful, gracious and generous support of this effort. Just between our entrants and we Monkeys, we probably provided Christmas gift boxes to at least 35 soldiers! And we are so incredibly proud of that.

Being a flashlight-under-the-covers-nose-in-book reader throughout her childhood, she couldn’t think of anything else she’d rather do as an adult than continue to lose herself in fictional stories. Congrat Za, you and everyone else who send packages to help our troops are really appreciated. It is tough being away from your fam for the holidays especially as military personnel stationed far away from home.

Congratulations Za!
I am having a sad day but it made me realize how much it means
when folks like yourself give of yourselves.
Anyway my home was nbroken into last night.
Zoey was in her crate and thankfully not harmed.
They took pretty much all my jewelry and Don’s too.
A rather large coin collection. Don’s sony camera too.
They took my pillow case to carry the stuff in.
What a rotten feeling and I didn’t sleep much last night either.
Well it was only stuff I guess. :bigcry:

I am truly blessed that they did not hurt Zoey and no one was at home.
My husband said the first thing I said to him was, “Why did they take my
pillow case and not yours.” He went out and bought me a frilly pillow case
today while he was out buying things to secure the house.
Next time someone comes in our back yard the house is gonna light up
like the fourth of july.
