And now for the Sunday Funny …
A m other is driving her 7 year-old daughter to her friend’s house for a play date when the little girl asks ” Mommy ,” how old are you?”
“Honey, you are not supposed to ask a lady her age,” the mother replies sweetly. “It’s not polite.”
“OK”, the little girl says, “How much do you weigh?”
“Now really,” the mother says, a bit less sweetly. “Those are personal questions and are really none of your business.”
Undaunted, the little girl asks, “Why did! you and Daddy get a divorce?”
“That’s enough questions, young lady, honestly!” mom says as her daughter is getting out of the car.
The exasperated mother drives away as the two friends begin to play.
“My Mom won’t tell me anything about her,” the little girl says to her friend.
“Well,” says the friend, “all you need to do is look at her drivers license. It’s like a report card, it has everything on it.”
Later that night the little girl says to her mother, “I know how old you are, you are 32.”!
The mother is surprised and asks, “How did you find that out?”
“I also know that you weigh 140 pounds.”
The mother is past surprised and shocked now. “How in heaven’s name did you find that out?”
“And,” the little girl says triumphantly,
“I know why you and daddy got a divorce.”
Now mom’s getting mad. She says, “Oh really? And just why is that, young lady?”

Carly, that was very funny…and F in sex…this little girl is precocious isn’t she…btw I finished SWAK last night and I loved it…You are a great storyteller…It was worth the wait…loved the fact that Ty and Lacey from MH play a role in this book too…Men and women can be so stubborn when it comes to falling in love…You know what really made me enjoy this book more…I saw a little of myself in both Hunter and Molly…great job…can’t wait to see what you have coming up next…will there be anymore books out there that link the CMH and SWAK characters? I am thinking that both Robin and Jessie (and Seth) may need their own story too…can you tell I want more? It seems like something is brewing in CT…have a great Sunday…

Carly- How is Bailey doing? Has she come to terms with the cone yet?
I have done a really foolish thing- went and rescued another cat that my daughter fell in love with yesterday. It is part Flame Point Siamese. White with blue eyes, about 7 months old. And is taking on my husbands daschund. While we are on the bed. then there is the dog we are babysitting for the weekend, who is trying to make friends with it. And my lab could care less. He likes everyone.
The cat, Denny, is just lying at the foot of the bed, the dog is jumping around barking at her, and getting popped in the nose every now and then by the cat who is growling.
Did I mention this has been going on since 6am? The visiting dog, my ‘grandson’, keeps hanging over the end of the bed, licking the cat.
So far there has been no blood drawn.

Bailey has had her cone off for a few days. And we just sent her away with our trainer for 4/5 days to put the finishing on the training. We MISS HER!

Cher, it is probably 80 here & sunny & gorgeous! My daughter & her family lived in Longmont, CO. for about 8 & 1/2 years. I miss Colorado! I was never there for snow!!
