And now, a Sunday funny:
An Amish father and son were visiting a mall. They were amazed by everything they saw but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could slide apart and then slide back together again.
The boy asked what this was and his father, never having seen an elevator, replied, “Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life. I don’t know what it is!”
While the boy and his father watched in amazement, an oversized older lady in a wheelchair rolled up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady rolled through them into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and the father watched the small numbers above them light sequentially. They continued to watch it until it reached the last number and then the numbers began to light up in reverse order.
The walls finally reopened and an extremely attractive twenty-four year old woman stepped out. The father, never taking his eyes off the gorgeous young blonde, said quietly to his son, “Go get your MOTHER!”

Janelle Denison finds it hard to believe that it’s been nearly 25 years since she first started writing romance novels. At first, it was a way to pass idle time while her husband worked swing shift, but before long it became an obsession to get published. Luckily, she kept at it (it took her over 5 years to get that first book published!) and is now a Waldenbooks, Barnes & Noble, and USA Today Bestselling author! Now, after selling over 45 plus novels, she finds that her Plotmonkey pals help to keep her stories fresh and unique, and she can’t imagine writing a story without their input. Janelle lives in Oregon with her husband, Don, along with two teenage daughters that keep life interesting.

Love the funny!! Glad to be home. I survived the river with the inlaws (10 total people) – barely. And they want to do it all over again on the 4th of July. It would signal the end of my independence ’cause I’d end up killing someone!!
Hope everyone else is having a great weekend!!

Just thought I would let you all know that if I had more money I would bid on the lunch with the PlotMonkeys in Dallas. But alas, my child’s doctor bills must come first…
Maybe I will get to meet some of you anyway.
