As you know from Tuesday’s post, this is a cause that is extremely important to me. So besides encouraging you all to wear red today, I am giving away prizes that support the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Campaign.

I believe a healthy heart is very important. I recently had a life line screening to determine if I am high risk for a stroke as it is part of my parent’s health history. I also try to watch what I eat and exercise each day. I have been blessed so far in my life with basically good health and am trying to keep it that way.
