Every time the mailman delivers a box from Amazon to my doorstep, I have to admit that I get all excited inside. More books! I love books. Adore them. Knowing that there is an irresistible story waiting for me between the covers of a book is enough to make me feel giddy with anticipation. This past week, as another box arrived and I took my shiny new books to their shelf in my office, it occurred to me that I’ve become more of a collector of books, rather than the voracious reader I used to be. All these wonderful stories that I’ve bought over the past year, but haven’t so much as cracked open the spine to read the story inside. As a result, my TBR (To Be Read) pile is huge. Overwhelmingly so. So many books, and so little time to read them all!
Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I got lost in a book – other than my own that I’m currently writing, and that doesn’t count! When was the last time I took a few hours for myself alone and let myself enjoy someone else’s hand-crafted story? When did I give up the one thing I love the most – reading? Over the years, as I’ve become a full-time writer, somehow, someway, my reading has gone by the wayside. And I really truly miss it!
So, one of my “resolutions” for this year is to get back into reading books for the sheer pleasure and joy of it. With that in mind, I took a look at my TBR pile and decided that I needed to choose five books that I want to read over the next few months. That in itself was a huge task, considering that I have at least 100 (no joke!) unread books on my bookshelf! But I did manage to whittle it down to five, and these are the books I chose to read, and the reasons why:
1) TO THE BRINK, by Cindy Gerard. This is the third book in her “Bodyguard” series, and I loved the first two, so this one is a must read. Actually, anything that Cindy writes
is a must-read for me. I love her writing style. I love her heroes. I love her conflicts and the sexual tension between her characters. Cindy is an author that I was reading before I became a published author myself. She started out with the now defunct “Loveswept” series line, then wrote for Silhouette Desire (actually, she still does). But recently, she ventured into single title suspense, and she’s done an amazing job creating “bigger than life” kind of stories. Cindy Gerard has been a favorite author of mine ever since I read her first book, MAVERICK (which I still have!) over fifteen years ago, and she still is a favorite. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that she’s a wonderful, gracious person, as well.
2) MASTER OF THE NIGHT, by Angela Knight. I’ve been reading Angela since her days as a writer for the Secret’s anthologies. I’m not a huge paranormal fan, but I love Angela’s paranormal stories mainly because of her heroes. This one is a vampire story, and it’s certain to be hot and sexy and erotic. She writes incredible alpha males – in a way that I can’t help but envy because she makes it all seem so effortless. They’re dominant, arrogant, and sexy as hell!
3) KILL ME TWICE, by Roxanne St. Claire. I’ve enjoyed Roxanne’s other single titles, and this one is the first in a new series called “Bullet Catchers”. I have both of the stories in this series that have been published to date, so it’s time that I read the first one and get started before I get too far behind. The third is slated for an April 2007 release, TAKE ME TONIGHT, and the premise sounds absolutely intriguing. Check out her website, which has all kinds of fun information on the Bullet Catchers!
4) MATCH ME IF YOU CAN, by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. This author writes some of the best books out there. Sexy, funny, with alpha heroes who always meet their match in the heroine. Susan’s books are like “comfort reads” to me, the kind I can curl up with and read for hours and hours. They are always entertaining and fun, with great characterization. I know by the time I read the last page of one of her books, I’m going to be thoroughly satisfied by the story as a whole.
5) TAKE ME, by Bella Andre. This is a new author to me, and this book is her first one that’s been published (to my knowledge). The cover originally caught my attention, then I read the back cover copy and it sounded like something I would enjoy. I’ve had the book for a while now, so I figure it’s time to give Bella Andre a try!
So, what top 5 books are in your TO BE READ pile?

Janelle Denison finds it hard to believe that it’s been nearly 20 years since she first started writing romance novels. At first, it was a way to pass idle time while her husband worked swing shift, but before long it became an obsession to get published. Luckily, she kept at it (it took her over 5 years to get that first book published!) and is now a Waldenbooks, Barnes & Noble, and USA Today Bestselling author! Now, after selling over 40 plus novels, she finds that her Plotmonkey pals help to keep her stories fresh and unique, and she can’t imagine writing a story without their input. Janelle lives in Oregon with her husband, Don, along with two teenage daughters that keep life interesting.

OOH good topic! I do the same thing, buy and hoarde books, not reading like I used to. What I do is try to keep a book in my bag for weeks w/doctors appts and long waits in waiting rooms. We take a trip to Aruba once a year and though I bring my Alphasmart/Neo to write at the pool, I also bring a huge stack of books of which I can read one a day! In my TBR pile (including books from a trip to Borders last night, LOL!) but I’m going by author b/c I am too lazy to go into my office (bad me!) and look up the title:
Kimberly Raye – Sometimes Naughty, Sometimes Nice
Erin McCarthy – You Don’t Know Jack, and the two new paranormals
Susan Mallery – Sizzling
and I KNOW these are coming out next week so they’ll be added:
SEP – Natural Born Charmer
Lori Foster – Causing Havoc
Catherine Coulter – Born to Be Wild
I think that is enough for Aruba – unless I find more here today. :happy2:

In my TBR pile? Well, i wish I had Dirty Little Secrets, cause Lies is just calling my name everytime I walk by.
But I also have 2 Lindsay McKenna’s, Lori Foster, Julie Kenner, Simon Green, and god knows what all.:wallbash:
Then there is the library TBR pile, which of course has a deadline. But my librarians are good about letting me keep books out as long as I want if no one is waiting for them.:violin:
Janelle- I used to sew all my own clothes, then in college I started doing it for others to earn money (drinking money of course) and when I graduated I quit sewing much more than curtains. Maybe that is why I never wanted to be a writer. I would much rather read other’s stuff than write my own. On the other hand, one of my customers was a group of male dancers- I did their costumes!! And no, they were’t all gay either.:cooldance:

and those tbr piles also include all the plot monkey books i haven’t read yet too. I have to quit going to Border’s. nah.:happy2:

This is the best topic. I have so many books in my house that I haven’t read you would think I wouldn’t buy anymore until I finished what I already owned, but no…I just ordered more books today. I know I still have 2 Nora Roberts books that came out last year that I haven’t read yet, a couple of the Nerd series, several Blazes…the list goes on. I admit I’m becoming more of a collector too. Plus I have 3 books from my library checked out right now and 10 more I’m waiting to get. I need to take 1 weeks vacation and do nothing but read…maybe I could read all the unread books in my house. I’m also in the process of donating some books to the local library, which means I’ll spend hours re-reading sections of books to make sure I really want to give the book away.
Comment
Add me to the club of people who buy-don’t-read. Between Costco, Border’s bargain book shelf and Amazon, my TBR pile is about as big.
I haven’t considered the exact books I’ll start with, but like you, this year is going to be a year for me to do some reading. I’ve had Stephen King’s Lisey’s Story since it was released, because critics touted it as his best since The Stand. Then there’s the entire shelf of Blaze’s (upards of 40?) some dating back 3 years. I’m envisioning the National and meeting all the authors and saying, I loved “X”, you know, that book you wrote in 2003 that I’m just now getting to?
Comment
Leslie, it looks like we have similar tastes in books. I have read the first book in Roxanne St. Claires Bullet Chasers series and loved it, so the second one is at the top of my TBR pile.
I also know of two books coming out next Tuesday that will go right to the top. Deidre Martin’s “Chasin Stanley” and SEP “Natural Born Charmer”.
I had never heard of Cindy Gerard before last week…and now I am going to make a special trip to Barnes and Noble today to see what I can find. The series you mentioned really sounds like something I would LOVE!!

I’ve actually managed to keep up my reading. I LOVE getting lost in a book. It doesn’t happen as often as before I became a writer, but it still happens. I just finished the last J.D. Robb book and it swept me away. I spent my days waiting to get back to it at night. Up next on my list are the following:
1) Plum Lovin’ by Janet Evanovich
2) Lover Revealed by J.R. Ward (I don’t know if this is out yet. I pre-ordered, but haven’t seen it. I can’t wait!!)
3) Speak No Evil by Allison Brennan
4) Lori’s new Blaze (which I picked up yesterday after I read about it on the blog)
5) Jinxed, the new Blaze anthology with the hot pink cover. Love that cover!!!
Comment
Oops, forgot Natural Born Charmer by SEP. I love everything she writes. One of my all-time favorite books ever is Heaven, Texas. Great characters!!!

I have a few plotmonkeys books that I am catching up on (and I am currently reading a non-plotmonkey book:hide: “My Nerdy Valentine”). I must confess, because you guys have so many books that I haven’t read, you guys need to stop writing so I can catch up…LOL! Hubby told me 5 books was enough in my TBR pile. He didn’t like stuff coming in from half.com, anymore (I couldn’t find most of the books from a place like amazon).
Comment
I’m mostly caught up on my to be read pile:thumbsup: This is a first in a few years that I can say that I’m caught up. But at the moment I’m reading Vicki Lewis Thompsons MY NERDY VALENTINE. :love2::love2::love2::love2::love2:
I saw the dedication to Carly in the front it was very nice of Vicki. I even remember watching them both on the Regis and Kelly show.
I’m a reader that always reads the dedications at the front of a book.
My Nerdy Valentine is a HOOT:happy2::happy2::happy2:
I was laughing at the second page.
Yes, I have to go and stock up on books again. I guess about halfway through last year I realized that I needed to read my TBR pile and get caught up. :thumbsup2:
I also found myself buying the same book again because I had bought it earlier and forgot about it. I had about 3 duplicate copies last year.
:doggie::doggie:
I kept the keepers and then donated the rest to the local Public Library.

I have to add another book that I’m actually reading RIGHT NOW — YOU DON’T KNOW JACK by Erin McCarthy. I have to admit that this is the first book of hers that I’ve read, and I’m enjoying it SO much! Her writing is very light and fast-paced, and her characters are very real. And it’s hot and sexy! A big :thumbsup2: from me on this one!
Ev — When something becomes a job, usually it’s not as fun as it was when it was a hobby, huh? But I bet it was fun sewing costumes for male dancers. Whoo-hoo!
Kim — good for you that you make time to read. That’s what I’m trying to do on a regular basis. I love getting lost in a good book – more than watching a TV show, even!

Fortuantely, my motto is you can never have too many shoes, purses or books … so my TBR piles are insane :happy2: Between what I have left to read from Atlanta and of course my multiple trips to Borders, Barnes and Noble and .com’s have only increased the piles. But, right now I’m hoping to read:
She’s Got the Look by Leslie – I stumbled upon it in Borders on Sat. and had to have it.
Kill Me Twice by Roxanne St. Clair
Dead End Dating – by Kimberly Raye
Scoop by Kit Frazier
Tonight’s picks at Borders tonight are Lori Borrill’s debut, Private Confessions. I’m hoping to find the other Plot Monkeys’ new books, but I live in the boonies so my Borders while still new and is much better than none – is lacking. :wallbash:I may have to have the UPS man visit. Of course, I’m never home when he visits so I don’t know if he’s a hottie.:fryingpan:
Comment
1-Lord of seduction by Paula Quinn
2-Take me by Lucy Monroe
3-Bound by Marriage by Nalini Singh
4-sex and the Single Ghost by Tawny Taylor
5- Bad Influence and Hot moves by Kristin Hardy
I have a few more, but you say only five. I guess I became a collector of books also. I don’t have much time to read anymore, but i buy them just to make sure I will read them when I get a chance.:cooldance:

GRR…I was halfway through a message and it disappeared! So I’m trying again:
Janelle, this is a great resolution. I made one last year to do the same thing because I was writing so much I’d lost my joy of reading. I promised to read at least one book a month last year–which seemed so puny for someone who used to read a few a week before I started writing! But I did it, and loved it. I had forgotten how much I enjoy getting lost in a fabulous book.
I’m going to try to better than average this year and have been reading some of the great books I got for Christmas.
I devoured Hannibal Rising by Thomas Harris in about a day. Chilling but un-put-downable.
I also recently finished Barbara Dawson Smith’s The Rogue Report, a regency historical, which was warm, witty and delightful.
I’m currently reading You Suck by Christopher Moore, who is hilarious. It’s the sequel to his first vampire book Bloodsucking Fiends, which I read years ago. Loving it!
I have been trying to slog my way through Stephen King’s Lisey’s Story and I just can’t get through it. Not sure why it’s not working for me, since he’s my favorite author and I usually love everything of his! I won’t give up though.
Once I finish that, I’ll move on to The Cell, by Stephen King, which I also got for Christmas.
That’s a lie…I won’t move on or even finish what I’ve started until I read my 6 Rita books! Gotta get those judged…fortunately, it looks like there are a few really good ones in there.
And Janelle, the ones on your pile look great! I’ve read one of Cindy Gerard’s bodyguard books and they’re wonderful. Roxanne, of course, is always fabulous. And I’ve only read two Susan Elizabeth Phillips books that I wasn’t absolutely delighted with.
Great topic!
Comment
Yolanda–thanks so much for picking up She’s Got The Look!!!
And Lori, I forgot to list your book on my tbr’s! Sorry, it’s gotta go after the Rita books, too.
I’ll be very interested to hear what you think of Lisey’s Story. I think I am having a hard time with it for the same reason I had such difficulty with Bag Of Bones…the protagonist is alone most of the time. We’re in her head constantly, not much dialogue, not much action. While I like Lisey, I’m not completely engaged by her yet. It’s slow going. IMHO it cannot compare with The Stand which is one of my favorite books of all time.

My TBR pile is outrageous! I love to buy books. Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way of my reading as much as I would like to these days so my pile continues to grow all the time. It is so hard for me to pick the top 5 off the TBR. I am also doing the 10,000 book challenge at eharlequin.com so I have a nice mixture of Harlequin books and non-Harlequin to read (plus getting an extra 10% off at eharlequin is making my TBR pile grow even more).
Let’s see . . . I would have to say my top 5 to read as of now would be:
1. Julie Garwood – Shadow Dance
2. J D Rob – Born in Death
3. Nora Roberts – Angel Falls
4. Leslie Kelly -Night Whispers
5. Julie Leto – Private Lessons
Wow that was hard to chose between all the books literally stacked in piles around my room (I have run out of bookselves to put them all on).
Since it is a nice snowy/sleeting/freezing rain day here and I didn’t have to go to work, I plan to start working on getting a few books off my TBR pile. Happy reading everyone!!!
Comment
Thanks Stephanie for picking up Night Whispers! Wow, you do know that was the very first book I ever wrote, right? Please be gentle.
Comment
Leslie, I was unaware it was your very first book. I have been looking forward to reading it. All of your books are simple amazing and I am sure this book will be just the same. Hmmmmm . . . maybe I will go start that one right now.
Comment
Yep Stephanie, my very first ever. I still have a soft spot for that story, even if I didn’t quite understand the concept of “point of view” when I wrote it…
Comment
Stephanie, thanks for buying PRIVATE LESSONS. It’s my SECOND book, written while I was pregnant, so if you notice any glaring mistakes (other than the misspelling of the Italian word for prostitute, which was a copy editor’s way of annoying the hell out of me), please forgive me!
Funny…I was just packing that book up as an extra surprise for a certain Plotmonkey reader who is oh-so-sly about reminding me that I still haven’t sent her the book I promised after an embarrassingly long amount of time.
My TBR–first off, RITA books. I see a blog coming on about the whole RITA judging thing, too. Not a rant, just a realization I’ve come to after many years of doing this.
Then…I have Lori’s book, of course. I have BODY MOVERS by Stephanie Bond, RETRIEVAL by Jeannie London and about a gazillion other books that are so old, it’s embarrassing to name them. I’ve tried really, really hard not to buy too many new things until I clean up that pile…so far, not much luck.
Carly–same Simply Sexy and Simply Scandalous at both my grocery store and at Sam’s Club! Love the covers!
And whoever apologized for reading MY NERDY VALENTINE…don’t apologize! Vicki’s a great friend to the plotmonkeys. Love her nerd books! Love all her books!
Comment
Leslie — I picked up YOU SUCK by Christopher Moore for my sixteen year old, who LOVES vampire books. I read the cover copy and it sounded really funny. However, I didn’t know that it was a sequel to his first vampire book. I’m glad you mentioned that — I’ll get it ordered right away, since my daughter HATES reading series books out of order!

Hi Janelle,
It is my goal this year to get it down to 5 or 10. :happy2: I have recently read the 2 bullet chaser books and they are worth reading. I have not tried Cindy, Susan or Bella but will now. Angel knight I have read and you are right about her alpha males. I too had stopped reading and when I was sick started taking books to treatments to make the time go by. I no read at least 1 a week and sometimes 2 or 3. I have all of Jennifer Cruise’s books and all Vicki Lewis Thompson Nerd books in my to read pile. I like JR Ward and her brotherhood books. They were new to me this past year. I also just found and am enjoying a book by a new author Naline Singh “slave to Sensation” I don’t do to many paranormal books but I am enjoting this one very much. You’ll be happy to know I never have a plot monkey book in my to be read pile. Everything gets put aside for you gals.
I have a tbr pile of about 80 but it is shrinking.
Comment
Thanks, Jeannie! We truly have the best readers. You all are so good to us!

Julie, I will try to remember that when I am reading it. I am sure it is fabulous! In a good world, I will be able to finish Night Whispers and Private Lessons both today.
After reading more posts, I realize that a lot of the books mentioned are also on my TBR pile. If there could only be more hours in the day or night just for reading.

Carly,
I have read all three of those Erin Mc books. They were fun.
Her Vegas vamipes are a fast fun read.

Ok last post from me today.
I seem to be thinking in segments (my appologies) and I should be working .
After Roxanne St Claire was a guest blooger here I bought and read the 2 bullet catcher books and can’t wait for #3.
You plotmonkeys are so good at “hand-crafted stories” if you like it, I am surely gonna buy it.
Hugs gotta scoot. My dh retired last Monday I am now the bread winner.

Julie: That was me apologizing for reading a non-plotmonkey book. I did read PRIVATE LESSONS a couple of weeks ago (WHEW….SIZZLING!).
Leslie:I picked up NIGHT WHISPERS, but it is in my TBR pile (I had to read a book for book club last week). I also picked up the one with the red shoe.
Jeannie: does having to clean up after a little boy with tummy ack (coming out the other direction qualify about washing my mouth out with soap and water?)
Lori: I can’t seem to see your blog on WRITINGPLAYGROUND. You are so funny (I was laughing so hard yesterday). I have to get to a bookstore and pick up your book!

Wow it’s good to know that I am not the only one who has a book fetish:happy2:
I have piles of TBR…just finished ordering on Amazon.com:
1. Brazen, Carly Phillips (only one of Carly’s that I haven’t read yet!)
2. No mans bide & Good Groom Hunting, Shana Galen (new author for me)
3. The Pregnancy Test, Erin McCarthy
4. Barefoot Princess, Christina Dodd
5. Angel Falls, Nora Roberts

My TBR pile is finally starting to shrink a bit. At last count I had about 50-60 books. I’ve been reading and reading and my bookshelf has extra room on it so that’s the good.
I’ve got a couple of Vicki Lewis Thompson’s Nerd books to read. I want to read the reissues I’ve bought by Kay Hooper and Nora Roberts. I have more but I can’t remember them all.
Happy reading to all!!

Great topic. I probably beat all here with the amounts in their TBR piles. But, I love seeing them on my shelves…
Here are my 5 (though, several of them are not yet in my possession):
1. CLOSE TO YOU [Berkley] (spin-off of one of my all-time fave books, SOMEONE TO BELIEVE IN) – Kathryn Shay. Due out (& already ordered) 2/6. Shay also writes for HSR, &, I think, is one of the most underrated writers. I’ve read everything she’s written, & each time I read a book of hers (she was a long-time teacher & writes amazingly well about adolescents), I learn something new (as well as being terrifically entertained).
2. RECKONING (Blaze) – Jo Leigh. 3rd in a terrific RS series by Jo (& one intro book) [& I don't even like RS], where the endings seem to fuse to the next book.
3. BEAU CRUSOE (HH) – by Carla Kelly. First book in several years (hurrah!) from a writer of Regencies that are extremely entertaining & authentic to the time periods.
4. DANCE (JOVE) – Judy Cuevas (aka Judith Ivory) – HTF, &, I believe, Ivory is one of the best historical writers around. Read she had health problems, & hope she can write again very soon.
5. NATURAL BORN CHARMER – SEP – Always entertaining, sexy & fun reads. My favorite, AIN’T SHE SWEET, one of her more character-based stories (though, the Chicago Stars series is great).

My TBR pile is ever growing & probably somewhat out of hand!! :) I’m driven to buy books when they come out as I can’t wait to get them then I just ad them to the pile!! Not sure I can pick just 5 books from the pile so I will do a little summary here: I have a ton of Blaze books that I am behind on reading the oldest being a Nov. & right on up through February. I am now reading Jinxed & just read Lori Borrill’s book. In that pile are all of Carly’s Hot books, Susan Mallery’s Marcelli series, Mitch Albom’s For One More Day, Jill Shalvis ARC of Smart & Sexy, a couple of Lindsay McKenna books & I’ll stop with Sex, Lies & Cellulite by Renee Roszel. All that is just a sample! Right now I am not working, should be job hunting, so I am reading a lot & ignoring cleaning the house, cleaning up outside & other not fun to do things!! Reading is almost better than anything–please, I said almost!!
Take care, everyone find some time today to read.

You hit a nerve. I stopped counting how many books I have after 1,000 lol and I know someone that probably has 10 times that amount. It’s amazing how they add up lol. It’s like Christmas everytime I get another book. Now if I only live forever to read all these books lol. Pick just 5 – nah I just can’t do it lol. (and that doesn’t count the books that people loan me too).

Thanks, Katie! There are several publishers still considering picking up Marisela, so I’m not distraught…yet. And I have my books for NAL that I’m dying to write, and I start Monday…yeah!
Oh, and we all LOVE Vicki. I’m thrilled to see so many people buying her books!!!

Leslie, GREAT idea on the guest blog!

You only have 100!!! My TBR pile is actually a mountain range…with each subgenre having its own mountain. There is Mount Brava, Mount Category, Mount Contemporary, Mount Historical, Mount Paranormal, etc….there is even a Mount Carly Phillips since I have a lot of hers in the TBR section. I am an eclectic reader and will read just about any subgenre of romance so I have a lot of books.
But the next FIVE in the pile for me to read are (of course this could change at any moment and probably will since I just got some books in the mail that I haven’t looked at yet):
1. NASCAR Holiday by Kimberly Raye, Roxanne St. Claire, and Debra Webb
2. The Redemption by M. L. Tyndall
3. The Ultimate Millionaire by Susan Mallery
4. Stay with Me by Beverly Long
5. Tempt Me, Taste Me, Touch Me by Bella Andre (it is her new one)

Leslie, let me just say Wow! Night Whispers is a must read book. The costumes Kesley designed (I won’t mention what they are as to not spoil it for people who haven’t read the book yet) were hilarious. I loved the characters and wanted more. Thank you for giving me an afternoon of fabulous reading!!!

Leslie, I admit to feeling a little daunted when I got Lisey’s Story in the mail. I’d ordered it off Amazon, and one thing you don’t notice when you buy on line is how thick a book is! The older I get, the shorter my attention span. I have a feeling I may be singing the same tune with you, given what you said.
I’ve also got to pick up Vickey’s nerd books. I’ve ironically been blogging about nerds and everyone’s mentioned her books! I’d love to see her as a guest blog here, too! Maybe I should move that to the top of my TBR pile so if she does blog here, I can sound smart.

Oh, I know what you mean, My TBR stack is taller than me and I’m 6 foot!
1. The Bane Affair-Alison Kent
2. The Stranger I Married-Sylvia Day
3. Northanger Abbey-Jane Austen
4. Dark Lover-JR Ward
5. The Seducer-Madeline Hunter

Stephanie, THANKS SO MUCH!!!
Believe it or not, I started writing that book exactly ten years ago this month! Much of it has slipped my mind (I can’t bring myself to read my own books…oy!) but I never forgot those costumes because hubby and I talk about doing that for Hallloween sometime. That’s what inspired him to dress up as a pirate and come to a Val Day event at a bookstore the following year!!! (the pic’s on my website.

I loved Match Me if You Can and I got Master of the Night for Christmas. I haven’t read it yet though. SO many books, so little time!

ev, thanks for letting me know about the kleenex. I love the series so now I am even more anxious to read it. I also have to read it before the next one comes out. It usually doesn’t take me this long.

Boy! My TBR pile is overflowing!
Lisa Gardner- “The Next Accident”
Susan Brockmann- “The Admiral’s Bride”
Renee Bernard- “A Lady’s Pleasure”
Jillian Hunter- “The Wicked Games of Gentlemen”
Ruth Wind- “Juliet’s Law”
I too loved SEP’s “Match Me if You Can”.

I never have anything in a TBR pile since I always read the books in a day and resume rereading them
I am anxiously awaiting the new SEP book: Natural Born Charmer
The new Lori Foster Causing Havoc and the latest S. Kenyon book.
But that Cindy Gerard cover looks intriguing as does the Bella Andre
So I may see if the library has them

Oh my, I loved the Marisela books. Get out of town not picking her story up? Where are they getting these people with such negative opinions?
Geech! Have they heard of ebooks? If they don’t keep giving the paper book people what we want we’ll switch to ebooks and they’ll lose their jobs.
Plotmonkey ebooks is fine by me. I have wanted an excuse to buy the new Sony reader, That would do it.
