Leslie’s Jungle Madness Friday!
Leslie Icon

Well, it’s September 1st (Rabbit, rabbit!) I know it’s kind of early to be anticipating all the wonderful delights of fall, but since one of my very favorite holidays is just around the corner, I thought now might be a good time to celebrate.

So in honor of Halloween, I’m giving away a bit of Halloween in September. First up, a one pound tin of “Crazy Candy Corn FUDGE!!!” It’s vanilla fudge with candy corn swirled inside…yummmmmmy!!!

And now, something else spooky, sweet and sinfully delicious for Halloween, a special, super-early sneak-peek at my October Blaze title,

ASKING FOR TROUBLE!!!

The winner will get an advance reader copy of my next book, the 2nd in my Trouble series. It’s not only super-hot and fun, it’s also a deliciously spooky, gothic story complete with a mysterious old inn, ghostly hauntings, a woman in jeopardy and a dark-and-brooding inn owner…who might be a killer!

I’m very excited about this book and will be just tickled to give a sneak peek to one of our Plotmonkeys readers.

So just leave a comment, and you’re entered to win! (Due to food shipping, winner must be in the U.S. only.)

Winner will be drawn randomly by one of my rugrats on Sunday, so be sure to check back then to see who won.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day as the kick-start to a wonderful September.

Leslie

LeslieLeslie Kelly used to say she wanted to be a doctor when she grew up, but then she discovered Nancy Drew books. Being a flashlight-under-the-covers-nose-in-book reader throughout her childhood, she couldn’t think of anything else she’d rather do as an adult than continue to lose herself in fictional stories. Her real life marriage of 20 years to the man of her dreams is a constant reinforcement that happily-ever-afters really can happen…and that they’re worth writing about. Living in Maryland, Leslie spends her non-writing time laughing a lot with the above-mentioned romance hero and their three daughters. Though an author of more than thirty sexy, contemporary comedies, she has recently branched out to write dark romantic suspense under the pseudonym Leslie Parrish.

Love the candy corn. :love2: I just bought a bag of candy corn and pumpkins just this week. I’d love to win the fancy kind and your new book.:thumbsup2:
Leslie, I think you have cornered the market of titles with ‘Trouble’ in the title.

We should crown you the Queen of ‘Trouble’. Sounds like a kingdom.:happy2:

Ya’ll have a great weekend. Romance is in the air around here. :love2:My nephew is getting married at a local Plantation B&B and my daughters are both going to be bridesmaids in the ceremony.

ASKING FOR TROUBLE sounds great. I just bought HERE COMES TROUBLE last night along with DIRTY LITTLE LIES. And a few others. My DH is probably going to be like, what?? when he sees the bank statement because normally I have to use my “allowance” for these types of purchases. But I’d spent all my allowance. Oops. :) As he’s going to NY for a week maybe by the time he realizes it he’ll be on a plane.

I’m so glad everyone’s as excited about the fudge as I was when I stumbled across it!!! :D :D (And, the book, of course!)

And Patricia, I had totally forgotten you could already order this book at eHarlequin, especially because I don’t even have any author copies of it myself yet!!!!

Gigi–wish I could corner the market on Trouble titles, unfortunately Harlequin has decided the word “Trouble” has to go! So the new Trouble books won’t be called anything with Trouble in it. (Mike Taylor’s book is now called She’s No Angel.)

Kelly, thanks for going a little beyond your budget this week…I hope you like HCT. I *know* you’ll like Dirty Little Lies!

And yes, Patricia, the move went well. The kids are finishing up their first week in school and so far we’ve all survived…lol!
